Mike's Ridge Terrace Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Webster

We decided to stop in and give this place a try on the weekend and take advantage of the $5 appetizers special. There was a good selection to choose from and we ordered the onion rings and chicken fingers along with the fried calamari which was on the specials board and not a part of the appetizers promo.

The very nice and attentive bartender quickly informed us that for $5 we only would get 1 chicken finger 😲! That really didn't make any sense, why not just say everything but chicken fingers is $5?! So we opted for the full price chicken fingers at $8 so we would be served all 3 and they come with fries with either choice. They were great and so were the onion rings.

The calamari itself was really good, but included deep fried hot red peppers, which were a big surprise when you're not expecting that kind of heat. Usually if anything extra is added to fried calamari, it would be asiago cheese with sauteed peppers and kalamata olives. This wasn't explained to us and it was a $15 special. The bartender said it wasn't served with the peppers the evening before and apologized.

They have a great outside deck with a separate section to sit and enjoy a cigar or cigarette with a few tables and chairs in that area. Overall we enjoyed this place and will probably give it another try if we're out...

Been coming here through the past 3 owners. I thought these owners finally had it right. Not yet. Went there last week about 5:00 before it got busy. Had one server and it was sloooww. When food arrived food was cold. The only warm fries were the ones under the fish. Had to ask for silverware. Ate my cold fries while I waited and fish got cold. To be fair came back the next week (yesterday) with another couple. Same thing, 1 server. Forgot silverware till after food arrived. Asked for it and still had to wait and watch her take food orders at other tables. Only warm fries again were the ones under the fish. Once she brought the silverware I asked her for tarter sauce, what is a fish fry without tarter? It never came I ate my cold fish. $21 for a cold fish that gets smaller each week needs better service. She never returned to ask if we needed more drinks etc. place needs more then one server even if bar staff is helping. One more suggestion. Bar crowd is naturally loud. A nice high wall between bar and dinning would help ease the noise. I doubt I will I would give this place another chance unless I hear from word of mouth that...

Ordered through Door Dash. Called before I ordered to make sure orders to go have salads with dressing on the side and was assured that is how they do it. Ordered a BLT with onion rings and got fries. I planned to eat the caesar salad for lunch the next day and it came drenched in dressing. I ordered from Door Dash because I work from home. I worked from 7am and planned to work until around 10pm. I didn't have time to pick up. I called the restaurant and they apologized but I had to go there to get what I ordered. I get it! Restaurants today staff minimally and don't feel obligated to make it right. I drove over and picked up onion rings and a new caesar salad. Today I pulled out the caesar for lunch. The leaves are ALL the outside dark green old looking romaine leaves. It's edible but definitely something I would never order again. It amazes me how little effort is put into making a meal look appetizing or providing good...
