Nuckleheadz Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of West Bend

Our recent visit to Nuckleheadz was shockingly poor, and we will not be returning. After waiting a full 10 minutes just to be acknowledged by our waitress, Lisa, we placed our drink and food orders immediately. What followed was a frustrating 27-minute wait with absolutely no communication or service. During this time, Lisa was clearly visible, casually chatting with other staff behind the bar. She attended to other tables, offering refills and updates, but completely ignored us. When she finally approached, it was only because we were staring at her and requested our bill, explaining that we were leaving due to the excessive wait and lack of attention. Had she simply checked on us, offered a refill, or provided an update, the situation would have been entirely different. Instead of acknowledging our concerns, Lisa became defensive and proceeded to loudly discuss us with her colleagues behind the bar. She then yelled across the restaurant that our food was ready, to which we replied that we no longer wanted it and just wanted the bill. As we left, she sarcastically yelled "have a great night," which was completely unprofessional and insulting. We have been patrons of this establishment several times in the past, but this experience was so off-putting that we will not be returning. Ended up at Nuckleheadz Bar and Grill in West Bend after a day of car shopping, and I must say, it was a delightful discovery. This place embodies the spirit of Wisconsin with its warm, inviting atmosphere and a menu that’s packed with hearty, delicious options. I was particularly impressed with the steak sandwich – it was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. The ladies accompanying me were equally pleased with their burgers, praising the quality of the meat and the fresh toppings.

The service deserves a special mention too. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. It’s this kind of hospitality that adds to the charm of the place.

Danger Danger Will Robinson!!! Loosen your belt, wait better yet, don't wear one at all when you visit Nuckleheadz Bar-grill! 😉 I do recommend coming hungry because Angie 'Nowak' Yochem is serving up some serious grub. We dove into some Hangover Hash and the Garlic Parm Wings as a starter 😋 and we could have finished there and been completely satisfied but I have heard to much about the burgers and we needed to try. I do it for all of you! I had the California Buger with waffle fries and Alex Neuman had the special Bacon Mac n Cheese Burger with tots.

All I can say is if you want to try a good burger and you haven't been here yet, get here soon.
