Oct-2025 Update - Makayla, former waitress, now owns Center Street Diner & it is going strong...great food + new items to try. Kelly, M's Mom has been busy waiting tables...the place is all renovated, nice n clean n fresh...CONGRATULATIONS! You know we are coming back often. Great job! Great food! Great atmosphere! Nov 2024....been going back to Dorrity's about every Friday night for Haddock Dinner Special....always good food, cooked well & served hot & fast by Makayla (super waitress)...lemon meringue pie good dessert....thanks!

10-7-23 Well, we r back to Dorrity's for their deeelicious fish fry on Friday nights after a summer @ camp...Makayla is still doing a great job taking care of the dining room all by herself. Glad to get good fish again!!!

Love Dorrity's home cooked food, quaint atmosphere, fast service, great prices...keep up the great services! Have continued going to Dorrity's every Friday night all thru COVID, getting our food as takeout n enjoying every Haddock Dinner...just recently started going back inside to eat n Haddock is still absolutely delicious & Makayla, only waitress handles it all w/excellence!!! Great place to eat!! 2023 - still going to Dorrity's n especially Friday Haddock Special...yummy n Makayla still does a great job along w/the cook in...

The service was exceptional and the waitress was very friendly for as busy as it was, we got the fish fry and one was slightly overcooked and the other was spot on, there wasn't as many French fries as usual but it was later in the evening and they could have been running low but everything was really good otherwise, the atmosphere is what it is, for a small community restaurant, that's exactly what you get, people talking table to table and across the room, but that almost adds to the charm of the place, it's kinda like cheers without the alcohol but that's usually only on Fridays when they're doing fish fry dinners, breakfast and lunch most days aren't quite as loud or as many people but they do a solid business with cars parked up and down the...

Small diner, minimal seating. Went there on a Saturday morning. One waitress, 3 tables including ours. I asked to keep a menu so I could order something else if I was still hungry, she gave us our bill before we were done eating. I just wanted some stuffed french toast! I never got a refill on coffee, when trying to get her attention, she completely ignored us. Food was average and pricing was average as well. It was a little high considering portion size, but nothing out of the ordinary. We ended up getting a gas station breakfast pizza that fed all 3 of us for under $20. I would rather go there, than this place ever again. It's not like it was crazy busy and she was running around by herself. We will never go...
