I came to this marks today, with a friend of mine and the manager Matt was taking an order so me and my friend stood in line, one of the cooks came and asked me how our day was. I am hard of hearing in my left ear and it was been an on going issue for awhile now, so he was talking to me while facing the other way so I couldn't hear him very well, and I didn't want to be rude and not answer so I replied with a simple "what?".. So this must have been such a funny joke that I didn't get, that the manager Matt felt like he needed to repeatedly yell "WHAT?! WHAT WAS THAT?!", please note I was not the only customer in the store at the time so you're not only running me out of the store but others also, so I let him have his fair time at this joke and he comes back again with more "IM SORRY I DIDNT CATCH THAT WHAT WAS THAT?!", again I ignored and kept my cool.. So the cook made another remark to which I won't post online but at this point I was boiling, "SHE SEEMED ALITTLE PISSED OFF THAT WE ASKED HOW HER DAY WAS BETTER NOT ASK AGAIN!!".. This is an extremely immature and unnecessary way to conduct business, especially for a head manager. I have never been treated so poorly by people who do not know me at all, I would never recommend this place if you have any hearing disabilities or any disability of any sort because being made fun of for something that I was born with is no laughing matter, and it is because of places like this that I do not feel confident enough to go in public and speak outwardly. Definitely lost my business.. We need more businesses that are sensitive to diverse people, and conditions. Thanks for reading just felt I should share for anyone's...
Read moreI've lived in Scottsville for 3 years and have ordered here frequently. I placed an order for over $100 worth of food and the money came out of my account. However a error message populated across the screen at the end of the order. I called the restaurant to explain what happened and they told me that I never placed and order. I advised that I could show proof of payment and they said there was nothing they could do. I went to the store to show them the payment and again nothing they can do. So I asked if I placed the order again would I essentially be paying over $200 for pizza. Nick's reply was 'it's above my pay grade." I asked him who would know and if I could speak to that person. He in turn called the owner who tried to 'school me' on how online ordering worked which I clearly advised that I know what 'normally happens'. So at 9pm on a Friday night I'm out of $100 and still have to figure out what I'm gonna get for my kids and myself for food. While sitting outside writing this review they just decided to come outside and asked if I wanted to place another order and pay again! What ever happened to actual customer service? I will NEVER order...
Read morePaid 30$ for a sub and fries to be delivered and I had to remake the food because it was so inedible. The Mayo was curdled and old, the bread was hard and all the toppings were soggy. For 30$ I shouldn’t have to remake my sandwich into a wrap with whatever toppings I have in the fridge. The person who answered the phone was hella rude everytime I said something he said “is that it”. I tried to call back to complain but nobody answered the phone and I know the manager wouldn’t have done anything in my favor after the last time they burnt our pizza and I called to complain. I have worked in pizza places and I would NEVER send a sub out to a customer looking the way mine did. Let’s hope I don’t get sick from the Mayo :) the only good thing about this order was the fries and the tiny cookie...
