2 Sisters and a Smoker — Restaurant in Town of Willing

"Mama" will never let you down. First, the service is probably the best I've ever had, anywhere. I can't say enough about the people here; from the moment they seat you, to the decadence of the dining, all the way to paying the bill and walking out the door, you will feel welcome and at ease. Come for the meats, but the sides are great as well. We love the pig wings and the butt fries. My better half swears by the prime rib on Saturdays and I love the brisket. The sampler is awesome if you can't choose one out of the ample carnivorous options: ribs, brisket, and smoked wings or pulled pork. They're all great; take your pick. The Warrior grilled cheese is so amazing that my sister comes down from St. Lawrence County craving it each time she visits. Good selection of beers, and the iced tea tastes like the sun tea my Mama used to make. If I could only recommend one local restaurant to people, Mama's Smokin' BBQ would win every time. Despite being understandably busy, we were able to be seated immediately. The atmosphere is family friendly without being too loud to enjoy the company you're​ with or that of the friendly staff. One of the owners even stopped by to check in. I was happy for the chance to let her know I was impressed. My husband enjoyed a sampling of nearly everything on the pitstacker plate. He says it was all very good and was especially impressed with how moist the cornbread was. If you're looking to enjoy barbeque without the guilt, I highly recommend the smoked turkey salad. The 2 sisters managed to incorporate that highly desired smokey flavor while maintaining moisture, and served it up on a refreshing bed of fresh vegetables. We took 2 other couples out to dinner here on st Patrick's day weekend. Great food, great waitstaff. We were all just finishing up eating, sitting around and had just finished paying for the dinners and several of us still had drinks to finish when out of nowhere some guy comes out of the kitchen and asks us how we liked dinner, we were all raving about it when the guys says, "good I've got other customers waiting for a table if you guys could get up so we can get them seated." We were really taken aback. Did he just sat that!
