Hardee’s — Restaurant in Town of Wilson

So many times I have driven 10 miles to come get breakfast here and they just aren’t open. Even though they have their open time posted and they should be open. They used to open very early, like 5:30am. But the person that opens the place just didn’t show up till 6 or 7. Now they open at 7. It’s posted right on the drive through speaker. 7:48 right now and nobody is here to take my order. It is such a fricken joke. So unprofessional. Disgusting! I could not eat half a cheeseburger, it was so bad. Service was awful. The counter person was ok, but only one employee in back trying to fill all the orders. The staff worked hard. Sadly, they were overly busy because no one else was open. It took me 40 year so try Hardee's again. I will never try another one again. The circumstance of the location are nobodies fault. But just being open don't make the food better. If I am ever in a crunch again I will get my food a Kwik Trip. Thought I would...

The food is usually pretty darn good. No complaints there. Really, the only things I have that are negative are: This location does not offer online ordering. I would think that, if this location is short-staffed (like everyone is) that online ordering would make the work flow easier. Just my opinion.
