UPDATE: I live 3.8 miles from this place, placed a $50 order online, was called, and told they would not deliver because it's "out of the jurisdiction." So of course the order was canceled. I placed the same order online to the Pizza Time in Ballston Spa, and since they use the same online platform my order incorrectly and unknowingly went through to the Saratoga Pizza Time shop again (the same exact order I had just canceled when they called me to let me know they didn't deliver to my house, and as I did not have transportation that night, agreed that to not have them start preparing it and cancel). Upon arriving at Ballston spa Pizza Time (Biscossi's Pizza Time to be correct) the cashier called the Saratoga shop to tell them what happened and the cashier in Toga said my order was not prepared(in which she assumed it was the 1st order instead of doing her job to check about the 2nd one). Long story trying to be short, I was charged for the 2nd order at Maple Ave. location (Saratoga), I only called once a day, for 2 days in a row to resolve the issue, and also spoke with two "managers" who not only hung up on me but one male also threatened to call the police on me when I was at my financial institution and they called the store with me on speakerphone to try to settle the dispute. They also tried lying to justify charging me, by saying that they had made/cooked the first order (the one canceled when they called me to tell me about being out of delivery jurisdiction), and with the second order being placed, they lost over $100 worth of food because both of the orders were prepared. UPDATE: After having to dispute this invalid/ridiculous charge, I ended up receiving my money back. Unfortunately not because any type of owner had the good faith to ever reach out, but because my financial institution deemed it as an unauthorized charge forcing them to refund my money. Very disappointing. Not only have I never been treated so poorly, rude, and smug, but in my professional opinion if any establishment/person cannot admit a mistake, take a monetary loss (especially if it is because of your own ignorant, disgruntled employees), and not care to make things right with a customer, they most definitely should not be in the hospitality business. **Side Note: Biscossi's Pizza Time on Geyser Rd. has all of the same menu items as this Pizza Time, prepare them the same way, and they also have a huge extended menu with everything homemade. When this issue arose, both the owner himself and his daughter apologized for how this store/staff treated me. They are not even affiliated whatsoever with Pizza Time in Saratoga except for part of the name! Thanks, Biscossi staff, and family! You know what customer service is, and now have one for life beyond my personal...
Read moreI have been ordering from Pizza time since I was a child and I have never been disappointed. In this industry consistency is key, and every time their pizzas, salads and appetizers are always on point. I think their cheese pizza is arguably the best you can get in town. Considering the cost of food is rising, Pizzatime remains reasonably priced unlike their two nearby competitors. DO NOT order from Primo, or D'andreas if you are in Wilton and looking for takeout Italian food. Pizzatime ensures your order is correct, timely (typically ahead of time every time we order delivery!) and they go above and beyond to separate dressings/hot chicken from salads to ensure it doesn't get soggy and they provide adequate sauce on the side for things like their fried ravioli which the other two places do not. Every staff I have interacted with are professional, and pleasant and their delivery drivers are always kind and patient. Definitely recommend Pizzatime through...
Read moreI was not very excited about this place the pizza was absolutely delicious so that is why I got three stars but we ordered the pizza and we ordered a sausage pepper and mushroom pizza and we were there when it was ordered and they got the order wrong and then tried to blame it on the person who ordered the pizza we were sitting right next to a person ordered the pizza instead of just apologizing for getting it wrong then they kept trying to put onions on the pizza when one of our people can't stand onions so it was just a fiasco and we had to wait 20 minutes in order to get our pizza but did they do anything to compensate for their mistake. No, not at all. Like I said the only saving grace was that the pizza tastes very good a lot better than most places in that area but I wasn't fond of the customer service. Will I go back we'll...
