Wolf River Lodge — Restaurant in Town of Wolf River

Went out of my way Sunday night to go there and get a mushroom and Swiss burger. They're always delicious. Ended up waiting 45 minutes. No food, no Burger and when they did bring the burger out they brought it on a plate with no bun. No sauce. Just swiss cheese on top and a bunch of crushed potato chips on the side. Put it this way. I did not get my food left. There hungry and ended up having to go to Hardee's to get us supper. I've eaten there many times before and it's always been delicious. The waitress tried to tell me it was a problem with the deep fryer. I didn't care for that. Obviously I'm eating a

mushroom and Swiss burger. There's nothing to do with the deep fryer left with nothing but wasted my time. Gas money And to top it off my wife had to be to work. She was not up for me stopping but I begged told her I would do some things for her around the house if she didn't mind me stopping now. I still have to do stuff around the house and got...

I have been meaning to write this review and it just kept slipping my mind! We came here in July to watch my brother's band play and we could not have been more welcomed or more pleased with our stay! The room was perfect. It was super cozy and we were made to feel at home. The bar was very nice and very clean and the food was good! Everyone in our party had great things to say about the food and drinks and atmosphere! We had so much fun... I don't think you can go wrong booking a room here, or even just coming for the food, drinks, and entertainment! The people running the place were also extremely accommodating in working with us on our checkout time, so that we were able to surprise my brother (who was the lead singer of the band that played there that night) all the way from Ohio. We were so thankful for their willingness to help us make it a memorable visit! Thanks again for a great time, and we hope to come back again sometime! PS Boomboxx...

I rented a hotel room there for a wedding. I live 4 hours away. I went to cancel the reservation and was told I have to drive in to get the refund that they can not process it over the phone. Also there is only one person who knows how to do refunds ( conveniently). The only time Brandon could meet for the refund happen to be in the middle of my reception... Imagine that. Then when I show up he doesn't even come. Cant do the refund. I call him and he says he forgot and that he can do it the next morning at 10 am . He again flakes and doesn't get a hold of me until 3pm that day. Only to tell me that he can do the refund over the phone!! Why would you not offer that to start!? It was an awful experience and it is obvious that they only care about money and don't even take time to train employees there. They will do whatever they can to weasel out of refunds. If it were not for my persistence I would never have gotten...
