Chop's Shop Bar & Grill North — Restaurant in Town of Yates

We have ordered a couple of times a week since they opened. Normally the food has,been amazing. Tonight however was an epic fail. My sons small cheeseburger sub burnt to a crisp, my other sons childrens personal pizza with pepperoni burnt also with what was spicy cup and char pepperoni. Not sure if they offer regular as I was never asked what we preferred other than sauce. I ordered myself the fried shrimp and clam basket. It looked like they threw everything in the fryer basket at once and never shook it. Everything was stuck together in a huge clump. Nothing was even cooked through. It was soaked in grease but still raw as the breading was pale and sticky and the shrimp wasn't even warm. I am only leaving this review because I don't know who to contact. I have ordered many times and is always very good. Usually get buffalo chicken finger pizza and has always been the best. Until tonight. Called and ordered. She said 25/30 minutes. It was an hour . I stood there waiting with absolutely no one saying anything. 2 people standing around on phones and one sitting on the counter on phone. Took the pizza home and opened it. Was just a little pile or chicken in the very center of the pizza. The pizza wasn't cut and the little bit of chicken in the center fell right off. No blue cheese on the pizza like it usually has. I absolutely hate doing this…. However when I called to tell them that the pizza was not done and it literally sways back and forth like soup on top… Manager Lynn’s solution was to wait 45 mins for a new pizza… that’s fine no problem…. Oh and we want the uncooked sloppy mess of a pizza that we wasted your time with… we want it back.
