Hank's Corner Grille — Restaurant in Tracy City

We stopped at Hanks corner grille as we were passing through on our way to help restore power after the hurricane in Florida. We were just looking for a quick bite to eat after a long day of driving from Wisconsin. We walked into a very friendly welcoming establishment. It was trivia night and the place was packed. We had a great conversation with the owners son and a few others behind the bar. Two guys ordered a pizza that looked amazing. I had the BBQ pork which was very tasty and the last guy had the wings. I actually tried one of the wings and let me tell u they were the tastiest, juiciest wings I’ve every had. As we all finished up we asked for our bill and the owners son told us our meals were on the house. We said u don’t need to do that, but they insisted. He said his parents appreciated us driving to Florida to help out. It’s too bad I can only give 5 stars because this place deserves 10! Thanks again to Hanks. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be stopping back and hell maybe try that trivia....

When they ACTUALLY DO ANSWER THE PHONE TO TAKE AN ORDER, THEY JUST THROW IT TOGETHER ON THE BOX. WORST SALAD I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. THE LOADED BAKED POTATO IS A JOKE, FOR THE PRICE THEY CHARGE, YOU CAN'T EVEN LOCATE THE "LOADED" . THE PORK IS ALWAYS DRIED OUT AND JUST TASTES OLD AND SPOILED. THE ONE TIME WE WERE ORDERING PIZZA, THE FREEZERS APPARENTLY WERE BROKEN AND THAT INCLUDED THE PIZZA CRUSTS. SO, NO PIZZA. MAYBE THE SERVICE IS BETTER IF YOU DINE IN, BUT IT'S ALWAYS WAY TOO CROWDED WITH LOCALS IN THERE DRINKING, TO BE ABLE TO SEAT A FAMILY OF 5. SO WE END UP HAVING TO ORDER AND PICK UP OUR FOOD. BUT GETTING THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE IS ALSO A JOKE. TRIED TO CALL IN SOME FRIES FOR MY SON TONIGHT, TRIED FOR OVER 2 HOURS BEFORE HE GAVE UP AND ATE RAMEN NOODLES. RIDICULOUS. IF THIS TOWN HAD MORE RESTAURANT CHOICES, WE WOULD NEVER ORDER...

A great restaurant in a small town! Food is made fresh to order and the servers are super friendly. Stacy was our waitress and she was knowledgeable and helpful. We stopped here for dinner on a Friday night. They were busy, but she was great!

I got the bacon cheddar burger and my wife go the fried bologna sandwich and they were both excellent! If you like homemade fries, this is the place to go. The fries were fresh cut and tasted great! They also have regular, crispy fries if that’s what you’re looking for. They have pulled pork, but ran out by the time we got there. This may not be a regular thing, but if you want a pulled pork sandwich, you may need to get there for lunch. We didn’t try the steaks, but some people around us did and it looked great!
