Mariscos Los Altos 2 — Restaurant in Tracy

Horrendous service! We got informed that making modifications to the menu is out of question, even for specific dietary requirements - no substitutions whatsoever! On top of that, the server was outrageously rude! When I asked for recommendations that would cater to my dietary needs, since they don’t allow any changes to the menu, Viviana, the server, dismissively told me to just look at the menu. Her service was so appalling that we decided to take our meal to go. And guess what? She didn’t even provide a bag and gave me just one box for a whole platter meal and a taco!

On top of all the the drama we were given a dirty look as we were leaving and another and another server provided us a bag to go.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! They clearly don’t want or need...

Under new management. Met with an old friend to catch up and enjoy the evening. Note: 2 menus - must ask (they will not give it to you) for menu #1. Menu 2 is EXPENSIVE. I mean CRAZY EXPENSIVE. Must ask for chips and salsa and will only get 2 small servings. Drinks are expensive, but wanted to have a good time and reasonably happy ordering with menu # 1. Unfortunately, all of a sudden, they turned the music up so loud, we could not talk? Ask if they could turn it down a bit and no was the answer. Again, really tried to make it work, but left (would have ordered probably 2 more rounds of expensive drinks and more food…)....

Went to this location today, want to start off by saying Isaac ( I believe that was his name- I was a lil buzzed jaja) Did a good job hosting a party of 12 on his own. Los Altos did not disappoint.. as always the food was hella good. No kids menu, cheese quesadilla for the win Jaja..We went on a Wednesday afternoon, location had plenty of seating.no wait time, plenty of parking, music was a good level, waiter/mixologist was super cool and chill, he answered all questions and made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be back… Big...
