Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Tracy

I share my experience with you: We arrived to eat at the buffet, we paid the full cost that includes the salad bar and unlimited pizzas. The salad bar only has 1 type of lettuce and it was yellow and old, it only has 1 type of cheese which is mozzarella and it doesn’t go well with salad and no protein. We settled for the salad. But when we ate the pizza there were only a few pieces that were already very burnt and hard. We tried to eat some but they were too hard. I asked the employee if they had more pizza that wasn’t so hard and she answered: “That due to the time we arrived that was all the pizza they had left for the day and that I had to eat that. She repeated that due to the time it was and that there were 15 minutes left until the buffet bar closed they weren’t going to prepare any more!!!. The workers are great, friendly and courteous. We ordered a pizza and a couple of beers. Everything was great until my wife wanted a soda. I order the soda. I am given the price. It was $2.70 for a medium soda. I started thinking if a soda cost so much how much did I pay for the tiny beers. Then I got mad. They are overcharging the consumer for things that cost them cents or serve. Then I thought…. Maybe they are overcharging because they pay their employees a living wage. Maybe I was wrong. So I asked the workers, did you get a raise when the cost of living skyrocketed? Their answer was no, they have limited hours and minimum wage. So where does the extra money go? We decided to take our order to go. Probably won’t go back. When we got home and ate out pizza, it was like oh my gosh this might be the best pizza I have ever...

I wish I could remove all the stars..They messed up my orders more than three times and the worst thing they did was that we ordered 4 pizzas and they gave us three pizzas and one empty box. The owner was so out of control when I complained. He finally agreed to deliver the missing pizza. The delivery person apologized when we gave the empty box . But the icing on the cake was that on a later date I couldn't place an order and the employee told me that she can't accept the order with my phone number because my number has been blocked for the future orders. What a shameful act, for their own mistake, for giving an empty box to the customer and charging for the pizza you block the customer number. I guess, this business doesn't need anymore customers. So please go somewhere else where you can get what you pay for and...
