Subway — Restaurant in Tracy

I walked in at 11:39 I wasn’t the only customer in the store. The 2 women were in the back stacking boxes. They made eye contact with me TWICE before saying I’ll be with you… I watched two flies land on a piece ham, then 2 minutes later the older lady came out and started on my 6 inch sandwich The younger woman ended up coming over to take over and asked me if the only sandwich there were mine. As she finished my sandwich I told her I also wanted a bottle water and she said “huh?” I replied a bit louder asking again for a bottle water. She nodded her head sideways and said “ok” my total was 8.32 and as I left I grabbed my bottle water out of the fridge. As I got in my car, she came outside screaming saying I didn’t pay for the water! I told her I bought half a sandwich and my total to wish she replied, and said she didn’t charge me for the water that she had given me a water cup… I told her that I did not want a water cup that I asked her for a bottle water… she threw her hands up, rolled her eyes and said well that’s on you… I walked in and refunded my entire order. The staff here is exceptionally rude and this location should be shut down. I don’t know if this place got new owners but this Indian woman tried to give me old hard bread 3 times and my sandwiches are very skimpy meaning she does not put a lot of veggies or meat . The sandwich is pretty flat too. I love getting a mouth full of goodness but I don’t get it here any more. I won’t be going here anymore I’m going to try a different location . She also didn’t let me use a coupon that was not expired. She stated the menu had changed and I couldn’t use it. Then she changed me double and I had to bring it to her attention and she looked annoyed. And I’m not one to get out of character but she was pushing it . The customer always comes first . Waited an hour for a footlong because the cashier there was not paying attention to orders from doordash so I had to call to ask her to confirm the order from doordash then when she confirmed the order and read the order back to me my order was still somehow mixed up with someone else’s who ordered a flavor of cookie that was out so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes because it confused my door dash delivery person. She was very nonchalant about it all and had awful phone etiquette. I never write reviews unless the place realllllllly sucks. Not worth it.
