Frank's Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Tredyffrin Township

I have to stop and leave a review. I work in the Atwater office center and can say me and my coworkers have been working our way through the menu every day. I have eaten lunch here 6 days in a row with coworkers and we have each tried something different daily. No one has had a critique yet. I personally love the eggplant parmigiana and the chicken parmigiana it's amazing and made fresh in house none of that disgusting frozen crud. Try them out they really know what they are doing here.

One thing to note, if you are in a hurry go for slices not made to order foods. You should really make time for some of those amazing bacon ranch Fry's and a 7" chicken parmigiana sub I can't say enough about it. I will take some pics here soon it's just so hard not to dig...

Tuesday 12/23/20. Ordered at 4:53. Was told 45 min, received food at 6:53. Located 5 minutes from restaurant. We called at the 1 hr 15 mark and the girl on the phone stated our food was still at the restaurant, it just got a little busy. Totally and completely understandable, but to receive food 45 minutes later is very disappointing especially when the delivery girl reassured us it was fresh, just to realize our pasta is quite cold and fries/wings are soggy. Once we reheated the “fresh” food, it was delicious, especially the pasta. I just wish it hadn’t sat in the restaurant for probably well over an hour and taken two hours to deliver. Ok so this place. I review hundreds of places throughout the year. This place after 3 months has earned this. They are horrible. They have an entire staff of illegal workers. They pay no one on books. Second. They are dirty. You can run your hand over the sills and they are covered in dirt. Their punctuality is a whole other issue. They have complete disregard for anyone working dor driving companies. Ie uber eats , doordash. I watched them tell a worker they didn't care about the doordash other. I will be contacting the state health and labor devisions on this company first thing in...
