McDonald's — Restaurant in Trenton

It was a bad experience!!! First of all, after waiting about 10 minutes in line for our order to be taken. When we got up to the first window to pay, well actually even before we got to the window there was an arm sticking out the window. The guy that was suppose to take our money didn't even speak directly to us. He didn't say the total, just stuck his arm out the window and looked at us through the glass. I gave him the exact change which I only knew from seeing it on the screen . He never said anything to us at all. Just handed me the receipt and kept looking at his order screen. Rude!!!! On top of that, when we received our fries they were cold and very dark almost burnt so I went back in to tell them and to get fresh fries. They looked at me like I was strange and the girl went and got some more fries and said they were fresh and that those were gonna look a little dark too but they had just made them. I got them out to the car and my daughter dumped them out and they were exactly like the other ones. Dark and cold!!!! I didn't want to go back a second time! They were not fresh ones! Wow thought the one one Sibley & Telegraph was bad, this one is worse. What an unpleasant experience going thru the drivethru. After placing the order, of which the employee had no idea that an international Spain burger was on the menu, we pulled ahead waiting our turn to enter the pay/pickup line only to have an old drunk moron behind us continuously lay on his horn because the customers were not moving along fast enough for him. After paying for the order, we were greeted by a stressed/agitated employee where we received the wrong drink (how does one hear pink lemonade when told coke?) who angrily repeated twice “NOT our fault”, OK. Upon returning home we were delighted to find our in palatable meal cold and appearing undercooked. As for the ordered International Spain burger, which looked delicious, will never know because we received a plain, cold, dry hamburger. If you decide to splurge once in awhile, feel a hankering for a McDonald’s meal and live in the downriver area, I suggest driving the few extra miles drive to the one located on West Rd in Woodhaven. I'm a local. That being said, I've only been here twice in the past 5 years compared to the one on West Rd. Mainly because every time I go the service is the worst!! Last time I went, I sat in the drive-thru and another car pulled up into the spot next to me after a minute or so and they immediately began to take THEIR order. What?! I left after making a trip inside to tell them how rude it was. Fast forward to today. I sat in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes for a Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit w/ SUB ROUND EGG. I get to the window and wait another 2 minutes. Then the employee hands me my bag and has the audacity to say, "Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit w/ Sub Round Egg, right?". THEY DIDN'T SUBSTITUTE MY FREAKIN' EGG! Tired of their shoddy service. I'll never be back and I highly recommend anyone that lives nearby to go to the West Rd one instead. You'll save...
