Absolutely will never spend my money here again. Called ahead once after so many times of not calling ahead for the fact I would only order (beef,chix,shrimp) Stix and was informed just to come in and grab them as you don't need ordering beforehand. So the day I ordered fried spinach NO CHIX just smoked turkey extra at that.which was never worth the price seeing as they were neckswhich has no meat to begin with. No complaint there I knew from prior time. I get there relay my order after waiting 10 mins of no one coming up front n taking orders. I said I'm picking up not placing I was asked if I ordered and I responded my order. I finally get it and go. So I sit outside n my car and ate half the rice and half spinach mindju the spinach was on top the meat n I never mixed it up to see the meat cause at that time I needed the rice and spinach but figure my necks were just there cause it had lumps of meat under the spinach leftover. So now I go to bite the meat and realizd it's chix looking further no Extra ND I paid for Xtra meat. So I call mindju I'm outside still. She yelled on the phone at me. So I went inside I said I order turkey I paid for turkey n I want what I paid for. She asked for the container ND looked at me like u ate It all I said I ate half the spinach yes but my meat is the issue. I wanted her to acknowledge her mistakes I stay calm and spoke professional and humble she was very disrespectful and told whomever the give me 2 turkey I said I order extra u said thats 3 pieces that at minimum what I should get nor even including the amount that originally comes with the order which would make 6 pieces in total I only bit one she said no 2 is all. N I paid. So I didn't even bother eating the meat once given back because I lost the trust of the hands prepared and I just atleast wanted what I had paid my cash for. So she can't have my money she gets alot of brown folks hard earned dollars n talk so nasty. She too big headed for me n her beef sticks fell off they undercooked yet burnt or chix so burnt can't eat it n then went down on the amount given for the 5$ so now I really have no reason to visit the establishment. I said all that to say yes food is sometime good from what I had but my dollar she no longer deserves. I will stick it the spot on Southard by the road runner. We from out state visiting Trenton,as soon we arrive I google ,Liberian restaurant near me ,google took me to this place ,I was so excited,first the lady that’s taking the Oder she’s so rude and talk to customer aggressively while she’s pressing her phone ,I bout a soup for my kids and dry rice for me . The pepper in the soup was too too much even my kids cudnt get to eat it ,the dry wasn’t bad . I just feel they need to reduce the. Pepper and get pepper on the side for anyone asking for one ,secondly this precious person needs to know that ,this place doesn’t represent us Liberian at all , The place need a whole renovation,it’s too dirty ,from the window u cud see the dirt all on the refrigerator,That’s not how a typical Liberian woman behaves. They charged me for something that I did not get and when I called to question them about the order they became combative because they tried to say My fiance never told them about the pepper soup that I ordered over the phone before he went to pick up the food and I was on the phone with him when he was telling them what we ordered. Very unprofessional and rude. Ordering from them be prepared to get disrespected. The worst experience ever The lady even told me that my order was a certain price that it wasn't and then proceeds to get upset when my fiance tried to correct her we spent upwards to $40 for terrible customer service, mediocre food and a owner that does not like to be held accountable for her mix-ups because if I ordered on the phone why was my order not prepared when my fiance got there.
