I came through the drive through an order 6 peace honey bbq wing meal with an extra side (one mash and gravy one Mac an cheese) with a chilled strawberry lemonade and a Oreo cheesecake wen I got to the window the cashier was so nice I never checked my receipt or food I just came home. Wen I opened my food I noticed that I was giving the wrong items witch was a 6 peace parm a garlic and two mash an gravy. I checked my receipt and then noticed I got rung up wrong. So I called the store because I work from home an my lunch break was over. Now mind you I had to call 6 time back to back befor I got an answer. When I finally did get an answer the manger answered the phone very disrespectful. I begin to explain wat was wrong with my order the manger whom answered the phone rudely cut me off an begin to over talk me an tell me that I don't need to be talking to her crazy wen I never had an attitude or was talking crazy. So at that point I shutted up an let her talk she said I can bring the food back an get my right food I then told her if she wouldn't have cut me off she would have known that I cant return because I'm due back at work I only get 30mins she cut me off again an said that I did order the food that they gave me and rung me up for. An that she would take my name down for a 6 peace honey bbq . I then told her I also needed my max an cheese to because I never wonted two mas an gravy she put the phone down an I hear her talking slick in the background stating the I'm talking crazy to her! Wen she got back to the phone I told her I'm on my way. I hung up the phone an drove back up there with the incorrect items to get the right food. I walked in the restaurant an asked The front counter cashier who was on the phone she replied was my food incorrect I said yes an told her wat I was supposed to have she said ok an begin to replace it. As I'm waiting the manger who answered the phone walked to the back and began running her mouth about wat happen. another customer herd her as well as I did and asked me wat happen I begin telling the customer wat happened the manger came from the back to argue with me about what I was saying to the customer wen she never said anything to me the whole time I was in there so I began telling her about her customer service and stated I was never talking to her I was talking about her an the way she treated me on the phone! This is why I choose to go way out to get food because the people on this side of town are very disrespectful an don't know how to treat customers especially wen we are. Spending are money an we know what we ordered. I should never have to argue with a manger to get the right food I will never come back to the restaurant again. That manger need to be retrained on how to deal with customers an how to keep her smart comments to herself and she also needs to remember just because you sit the phone down doesn't mean the person on the other end can't hear her! Went through the drive-through on May 31 around 12:23 PM and when I went to go pull up to the drive-through window, the girl wouldn’t allow me to pull in front of the window. She made me stay behind some poles that were by the window and then when she did tell me to pull up, she had attitude and then she asked me for payment and I gave her my card and then she gave me the food and when I started to check the food, she told me I couldn’t sit there and check the food to make sure it was right that I need to pull off and go sit in front of the building so I did Then I left after that but then when I got home, I realized I never got back my card, so I went back up there to get my card and it was more of attitude from this chick in the drive-through about the card so I didn’t feel comfortable when they gave me back the card. I didn’t know if they had taken pictures of my card on their phone if they had written down my numbers what went on so I had to cancel out my card And have a new card sent to me that I’m now waiting on now. I’m gonna have to wait 5 to 7 days for a new card because of the issue that I had with these people in the drive-through with not returning my car to me and then giving me attitude when I wanted it back I’m not the one that made a mistake. I’m not the one that was rude to people, but this really should be addressed and be addressed by management because these people up here are trying to keep peoples bank cards from them and stuff and it’s not cool. People are gonna end up having their cards used then and money take it from their accounts. It’s not right, so really needs to address this And y’all be careful going through this drive-through...

I saw the new fish sandwich commercial and I decided to try one, even though this place employs inmates strait from prison, facts. I know making food is not really that hard so I gave them a try anyway. On March the 13th 2024, around 8pm . I pulled up to the drive-thru because the dining room was closed as usual because the laziness only allows them to focus on one thing. So I ask for the fish sandwich when someone finally pushed the button on the headset to take the order and not to my surprise, they were not making anymore that night and said "that I don't have to get nothing if I don't want to". And also told me that "Arby's, down the street got better fish sandwiches and that i should go there"..I said "nevermind" and that's when a whole gang of fast foodies came out to try and harm me because of thier lack of proper upbringing I suppose. Little did they know that they broke like 6 or 7 laws in the process , and they will be dealt with accordingly. It was a little bitty male manager with a blue wrinkled shirt and a bad haircut, and like 4 or 5 dirty looking humans as well with gravy stains on their shirts. I would advise you all to come prepared because these people have nothing to live for obviously and are willing to loose their life over chicken and such. I have a life , and i refuse to loose it over chicken or anything else, but chicken? I hope these folks get the help they need because you can't go around threatening customers.
