Place is a disorganized mess
Originally went to try Macros for the first time on 8.18 and placed an order for an XL pizza, salad and a thing of cinnamon sticks. Once serving, it became very clear thhis paced was not organized and were obviously having issues as they had just opened this location. I did not have a problem with but due to the hectic environment I just wanted to get out of there and did not fully check my order ( I believe should not have to be done and is the joints job but errors do occur). I was half way home when I randomly went to check the bag with the salad and sticks and noticed no cinnamon sticks were in the bag. I turned around and went back up. Upon arriving. I explained they forgot my cinnamon sticks which they did apologize for but still irritating that it did occur.
Once home, I discovered that not only had they originally forgot my cinnamon sticks but the salad was wrong and so was the pizza. As luck has it right after checking, we received a call from Marcos, they were asking when we were going to pick our order up but I explained we did pick up our order and already been their Twice. They gave the wrong order to us! Apologies ensued, and we were offered a total credit for our bill (It was $28 and change but Marcos gave us a 30 dollar credit).
The next week on Friday comes and we decide to give Marcos another shot, hey why not use the credit we were given. On 8.25, we put in another order for an large pizza & cinnamon sticks this time... important to note as the order would be less than the prior week. Once I get there and inform the the worker that I have a credit, I am then told the credit is now only $15 and we get 25% coupon as well but still owe 15 cents. This is where I have had it, it's not about the money but the sheer miscommunication and the fact that no apologies given or any other resolution to be granted.

   Read moreI just wanted to say Thank you to the lady working 10/10/25 during lunch. I ordered online and totally forgot to add pepperoni to my order. I called Marco’s as soon as I realized this and asked to have them added. The lady said absolutely and that was that. I head up to get my pizza and pepperoni was NOT on it. I mentioned it and I’m super particular and picky about Roni’s on my zah! I tried to make it as painless as possible for both of us, I know I was a bit of a pain in the ass for that. I get it. This wonderful woman went above and beyond, all while busting her ass (she was very busy) and was kind enough to throw some on a pan for me real quick.
I really, REALLY appreciated that. Thank you for fixing MY mistake. I goofed up. 🙋🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ The pizza was fantastic! Cooked to perfection and the flavor was impeccable! :) I don’t live in the area, but I’ll certainly be back. I’ll certainly recommend...
   Read moreI ordered a chicken Fresco pizza with Parmesan crust, i come in to pick up my order and check the box, i couldn’t find any spinach on the pizza and the onions were white onion. I’ve never heard of a pizza place doing white onion unless it was a supreme. Ok, i go inside and i tell the gentleman my issues he addressed it and makes me a new pizza. I come inside and get it , no Parmesan crust. At this point I’ve waited maybe 30 minutes all together for a small pizza. Im ready to go home so i just ask for a garlic sauce cup. Get home and taste the pizza, it’s so mediocre it wasn’t worth the 30 minutes. The garlic sauce was BLAND, and the red onion slices were HUGE circles, not thin slices at all!!
