Had the worst customer service experience at this drive thru by a male employee with a beard yesterday. I had ordered my drink ahead of time for drive thru pick up and when I arrived I drove straight to the window and gave my name, his response was “ can you drive BACK AROUND and state your name in the speaker and say your here”
I told him my order was ready and it was sitting right there next to him but he refused to hand it over unless I drove back around!
Now then responses I would’ve recommended would be “ no problem sir give me a minute, however just for future if you have any orders ahead of time you just need to make sure you stop at the speaker first to let us know you’re here. Here you go sir enjoy your drink”
Now how much more customer service would have been rather than make me drive around again, (which I didn’t I just went inside and took of the counter right next to him). This is not the first time this employee has had attitude at the drive...
   Read moreThis is located inside Beaumont Hospital and it's usually very busy...always a small libe, but usually moves,along fairly quickly. Today, they were getting ready to close earlier than normal, and i happen to be the last in line. I ordered. I ordered a grande triple mocha frappachino, and one man, who seemed to know what he was doing...he was making another order, was instructing another worker how to make mine. The man tried, but they were both hurrying...and he made mine...minus a couple things, so it was poured back into the blender...a few more things added and poured into a cup and handed to me. It tasted like watery chocolate. I paid over $5.50 for something i ended up throwing away. Not happy, and couldn't take it back as they were closed and locked up. Not returning...
   Read moreThis location allows 1 person to place multiple drink orders for co workers which delays other employees from ordering and taking up their break of 30 min by standing in line.
There should be a limit of 1 additional order per person that they can place at a time.
1 person placing orders for 3+ people who are not there in line to purchase own is wrong.
This is poor customer service on Starbucks and rude of others to place unlimited orders for others not there in...
