Absolutely disgusting service. Technician took obvious advantage of a young and admittedly naive woman. Overcharged her and claimed that That was the "agreed" price. Then stole the key blank that was supplied by the customer.

Edit in response: She has autism and said, "I'm going to the bank to withdraw $200. Let me know if I need more". You took advantage of her naivety in the fact that all you did was swapped the key blade from her old fob and put it in her new fob casing then kept the uncut blade. She called you afterwards under my guidance because swapping a blade is not $200 and you told her that that was the agreed upon price. it was not the agreed upon price you just took advantage of an Autistic person who had not been driving very long and did not know prices of certain things and/or how some things in the world works. Both of my parents ARE NURSES and even they said that you took advantage of this person. She was just stating how much she was withdrawing total, not naming the price. Reliable Lock and key just left my home. Robert Sokana was overly kind and extremely professional. I was afraid to call a locksmith because my husband was in the hospital and sometimes companies take advantage of women with pricing. However, Robert went above and beyond the call of duty. Once he cut the key I had no power to my vehicle due to issues not related to the company. He checked every fuse, got down on hand and knee to check for other issues and finally resolved it. I was grateful to just have a working key since my car was down for a month as noone could figure out what was wrong but this wonderful man insisted he could not leave me without power and he didn't. My husband was able to focus on getting better instead of how me and the kids would get around. I love this company and they are my permanent go to!...

Solid, costumer service-oriented locksmith. Gave me an estimate in advance to fix the lock on my door, noting possible additional fees if it could not be fixed and had to be replaced. Reasonable prices without any surprise fees. I wasn't locked out, so was able to make an appointment for the following day. He ended up running late due to an emergency call with another customer, but kept in touch via text and phone regarding his timeline. That was fine with me, especially because he went out of his way to give that person a jump since their car battery had also died. Seems to be a caring person in general, and educated me a bit about quality locks, which will be useful information for when I eventually need to change them.
