Ordering $80+ of takeout from here was a HUGE mistake. We live less than 5 minutes away, and everything was cold upon arriving home. Chicken parm was the the worst I’ve ever had. One laughable piece of chicken the size of my tiny palm which was pounded down wafer thin and incredibly chewy and unappetizing; was more reminiscent of chicken jerky. The $10 cheese fries were a cold pile of rock hard fries covered in a miserable little sprinkle of cheap tasteless shredded cheddar. The chicken and cheese quesadilla was pathetically skimpy and another big rip off. My husband’s steak (overcooked) and crab cake were cold and mediocre (the one little crab cake was the only edible thing out of our entire order). With a newborn at home, our only safe bet to an edible takeout meal close to home is limited to pizza, chinese, or Wawa. This place has zero concept of the order in which to cook food for the time estimate provided to the customer. I’m sure a majority of their positive reviews come from people who’ve had a few to drink before they order food. Was also hung up on after waiting ten minutes...
Read moreI recently went to Earl’s for dinner, and what started as a pleasant evening turned into a complete disaster. They were running a happy hour deal on drinks, but somehow, I was the only person in the group charged the full amount. Everyone else got the discounted price while I was overcharged, and it wasn’t just a small difference—it was blatant and unfair.
When I pointed out the mistake, the staff acted as if it didn’t matter. No apology, no explanation, and no attempt to correct the issue. The attitude was indifferent and dismissive, which only added insult to injury. It felt as if they were deliberately trying to take advantage of me.
Earl’s clearly has no regard for customer satisfaction, and their lack of professionalism is alarming. I left feeling frustrated and completely cheated.
If you value fairness, transparency, and decent service, do yourself a favor and avoid Earl’s. I will never be back, and I strongly suggest others look elsewhere for a better...
Read moreThis place was great! I was one of those people who called last-minute to make a reservation for 8 or 11 people on a Saturday night. Not only was I calling last minute, I didn't even know how many people were coming! The woman I spoke with (I wish I could remember her name) was so polite, patient, and helpful. She told me she could make it work for our party of 8 or 11. I called back 15 minutes later to confirm the party count, and we were all set!
The food was good, the prices were great, and the service was impeccable. We had appetizers, entrees, drinks, and desserts for eight people, and our total with tax but before tip came out to about $30 per person. Unbeatable!!! I highly recommend Earl's Pub and Grill and will...
