Trum Tavern, Inc — Restaurant in Trumbauersville

We keep trying to make it work but it’s just not. Food here is a nightmare, the first time we went we ordered wings, they came out raw, every order (6) was raw inside, it was taken off the bill, ok fine. Second time we go I order wings AGAIN, and it’s over an hour later I call the bartender over and ask her to just cancel the order, she checks the kitchen and the order is up, dry, again let down but I figure whatever. Last night we go and we order wings at market price, sandwiches (French dip, chicken sandwich) and potato skins. Again it’s over an hour we’re waiting. Husband says something, bartender shows up with my food, the skins and chicken sand, no seasoning on the sandwich, wrong sauce for skins and no sauce for sandwich, another 15 minutes go by and husbands food still isn’t up, so I say something about the amount of time. The bartender has an attitude and tells me “this isn’t a restaurant” I said no it’s not but it’s bar food and it shouldn’t take this long. More attitude and takes off to the kitchen, returns with his wings, I ask about my seasoning for my sandwich and she snatches it up and returns with my dry chicken sandwich with som seasoning thrown on top of it, and his French dip sandwich. I ask for boxes at this point. We were only stopping through real quick to grab a bite, not a night out with a bartender whose gut was showing the entire time. We will find a new spot, dive bars aren’t that difficult to locate. Sad when an establishment loses patrons over a bad attitude, we kept coming back in hopes maybe it was just a fluke but nope they can’t manage any food, the kitchen is a joke and the place is dirty, not to mention being out of basic items like...

Thankful to the man who volunteered to work. The establishment can't help who patronized, I suppose - but Christmas night, and the room was filled with anger, hostility, profanity, and conspiracy. Angry drunks congratulating one another on sharing the same notions and opinions, growing louder with each proclamation 😵‍💫 I couldn't wait to leave and distance myself from their stories and voices. A little too bright, has no ambiance, and may be a place to watch a game, but not a sports bar as reported on Google. It was my first time, after visiting nearby family, but probably my last. There was nothing "special/warm/welcoming or fun" to draw me in and make me want to stay or revisit. *Update- (The waitress is still cute. If anything, she has gotten even more so. And just like a bottle of fine wine, I wanna get drunk with it in bed. Her friend wasn't hard to look at either. Dunno which was juicier, the wings or that shawt brunette. Offer is always open. I like the scratcher machine inside. Plenty of seats at the bar and multiple tables and chairs out on the floor. Or if your feet hurtin' from wearin' those white slip ons, you could always hop up on my lap. Dartboards, a crane machine and a few pool tables are definitely a plus and round out the experience.
