Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in Truro Township

The quality of food and service has gone down significantly!! If you’re not picky about what you eat or pay for by all means order anyway. But literally it’s as if they do not read the instructions for orders placed online. My last 3 online/delivery orders have been WRONG!! I normally order a half sheet with half cheese and the other being pepperoni and sausage. Twice now I have received a pizza with one side being pepperoni and the other side being sausage. I’m not sure how you make that mistake TWICE!

The most recent order was just wrong. They pretty much did what ever they wanted to do. I ordered a medium cheese (square cut) with extra sauce, A half sheet with pepperoni/sausage(square cut) with extra sauce, a 10pc garlic Parmesan traditional wings, a side of mild buffalo sauce and 2 butter garlic sauces. Well I received a pie cut cheese pizza with barely any sauce. Plain wings with a side of garlic Parmesan sauce and no mild buffalo. Both pizzas were COLD and DID NOT have much sauce at all. I called to complain and they said they’d refund my entire order. However, I’d rather they just serve better quality food and actually get customers’ order right ! It shouldn’t be that hard to read instructions.

Update: After talking to my fiancé about the sub he ordered, I now give this particular location 2 stars. He ordered the Philly cheese steak sub with extra meat and an add-on of bacon. He said he received no extra meat and a scarce amount of bacon. And apparently both the bread and the meat were burnt. He said he would have been better off going to Subway, which he'll do next time. I was willing to go back just to try the pizza since the reviews seem positive, but never mind. If someone pays extra for something, a business should make sure extra is given. I would give 1 star if my salad didn't taste so good, but can you really mess up a salad?

This place gets 3 stars because the food tastes pretty good. I ordered the antipasto salad ($7.99), which tastes great, but with the portion size, it should be 2 dollars cheaper. Same with the bone-in wings; I got 9 little wing dings for $10.99. I didn't order pizza, so I can't judge that, but if you're looking at sides, especially the wings, go to a wing-chain. Update: I really wish I had time to write a more detailed updated review (they're staying 5 stars) but they're consistently amazing. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. The people, the quality of the pizza, the flavor, the variety, everything across the board is top notch. They're staying 5 stars but I wanted to update this to mention that they're still great and my review still stands. I highly recommend Romeo's.

We had an issue with my order due to a computer glitch, and when I called the manager already had identified the issue and knew who I was. He was extremely polite and kind (as every Romeo's employee usually is) and went above and beyond fixing the issue. The pizza is always amazing, but these last two pizzas were absolutely flawless. Romeo's is always top notch in every regard.
