Update!!! Dec 6, 2020; 05:30 PM Today I am changing from 1 Saturday to 5 star Congratulations to the owner and management. Today I find evrything in excellent condition. Fast service with a smile, clean and being disinfected as soon as someone leaves the tables. Soda machine and ice working and clean. Bathrooms clean and well stack. Food is fresh and delicious. Good job to all the staff working right now!
Oct, 2020;About 6 mths ago we came here, service was 5 starts. What happened. Dinning tables are dirty, restrooms dirty, floor is sleepery. Tasteless drinks. Over mayo and more mayo disgusting burgers. We told the young lady at cashier about the drinks, she said and did nothing. We also told her about all tables being dirty to please have a table clean for us. She gave me a teen attitude. We asked for the manager who gave us drinks from the drive through that did not taste much better. Needless to say, burgers thrown away as we walked away. It is eveident; repeated business is not...
Read moreWent to grab my online order wasn’t ready yet totally fine I have no problem waiting. 10 mins pass by and I go look at the counter and my food is just sitting there minus my coffee. The girl upfront lets me know she spilt the vanilla but there was another one in the walk-in so it would be a couple minutes longer for that again, no problem. Another 8 mins pass by I go up to see if my coffee is ready the man up front says I’m so sorry for the wait I’ll get you a large I asked for a water cup to at least have something with my breakfast that’s cold now which the girl that was up front yells out “oh my god” as she gets me one. Finally after another 10 minutes of waiting I hear “vanilla coffee” and I finally get my not even filled to the top iced coffee. To the young man with the blonde hair thank you for at least apologizing. Read moreI like the food, the location, the cleanliness, and especially the employee attitude, which is terrific. The parking lot is huge and easy to get in and out of, and the wheelchair access is excellent. The ONLY thing I do not like is the fact that this location does not honor ANY on line offers through the website or app., EVER! This means that if I want to use my app when I am emailed offers, I have to drive miles out of my way, or just forget about using them. This is simply unacceptable in this day and age, and I do not intend to ever return to this location until I look on line and see that this has changed. Sorry Burger King, I unfortunately have to recommend to folks you DO NOT VISIT this particular location. Maybe if enough people go instead to some of the many, many, other fast food options around, the management or owners will wake up and join the 21st century, and honor the deals the chain advertises in direct marketing to its customers.
