I have been to this Subway many, many times and the service and availability of bread, cookies, and/or toppings has always been lackluster. Today I had the absolute best experience and service at this location to date. There were two very nice ladies working and they were very polite and just fun to talk to. I asked one of the ladies what her name was and she said Melissa. The other had a name badge on her hat, but I wasnāt sure if it said āmanagerā or āMaggieā. They really showed that they truly cared about their jobs and their service. One of my issues with this location in the past is that at 6:00 pm they never want to bake more cookies even though they are open until 11:00. I asked today if they were going to bake more and they offered to make more if could wait about 15 minutes. I was thrilled! I happily said Iād wait and when they were done Melissa brought them right out to me. Itās the little things and great customer service that make people want to return. I hope that this location will continue with the wonderful service I received today. Thanks again to Melissa! I hope others will get to experience her...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI order 3 melted sandwich meals and they where cold , the drinks had not carbonation , I called the store and Randy was rude and said that there was nothing he could do if I wanted to bring back my sandwiches tomorrow since they where closing ??? the first young lady that answered the phone told me that the toaster was broken and said do want to talk to somebody else I donāt know how to help you and put Randy on the line I asked if I could speak to the manager and he replied that they donāt have one ?? I said not in the store or not right now he said you can talk to a manager tomorrow the day manager her name is Michelle but if you want your money back bring the sandwiches I told him that I wasnāt going to and that my drinks where flat too he said I can fix the carbonation in the drinks ?? When Tomorrow?? The store was closing !!! Randy needs to be trained again as well as the young lady in the basic knowledge of customer service this indeed seals the deal on never returning to this Subway and Iāve lived out here for 15 years I will drive to another location and not give this location...

One time I went she was taking a personal call while checking me out (I know because it wasnāt a store phone and she was talking about her or someoneās kid). She always has a bad attitude, the last time i went which was this week (after not going for like 2 months) i noticed they had some new staff, she acted really annoyed and was upset because she had to cover shifts (i get getting upset about it since i work in food service but no need to have attitude with customers). finally when they had to wrap my sandwich she did it very sloppily and the new employee even said donāt you have to wrap it nicely and she said āwhy they are just gonna eat it anywaysā. I work in food service and i donāt think anyone wants to eat unappealing food that looks sloppy and then hear that from the person making the food. After all that i ended up getting sick so that was the last straw! Iād take the extra time to go to another location or just go...
