If I could give zero stars I would, but I’m unable to list a review without selecting a star. It’s unfortunate that my family and I will not be able to enjoy our evening walks here any longer. Now I will have to drive 15 minutes to another DQ in town. My family and I walked in at around 8:57pm, another family walked in after us. No one was at the register to greet us. This girl, with a long black braid wearing a hat and a pink scrunchie comes from the drive thru window and puts her hand above her head and makes a circle like if she’s about to round up a cow….rudely says out loud “aye the lobby is closed at 9 we’re closed” and walked back to the drive thru window. All the customers in the lobby looked around. And I said well your open sign is on and I walked in before 9. No one helped us or apologized for the inconvenience. I proceeded to say that she was rude, unprofessional and she showed poor customer service. There was a boy in a DQ cap, with shoulder length hair making a cone and he nodded his head as if he agreed with me, but he still didn’t help. You could tell that he was uncomfortable, but stayed quiet. There were maybe 6 workers there, 3 at the drive thru window and the others putting orders together. The lobby wasn’t busy at all, there was a family of maybe 5 enjoying their ice cream, other than that the lobby wasn’t busy. You could tell that she does not enjoy her job and it seems as if the boys are intimidated by her. The least she could have done...

Called and placed a cake order ahead of time, asked specifically if they could make it Chargers football theme, with either a Charger or lightning bolt. Everything was agreed and confirmed on. I go to pick up today(Father's Day) and I am completely disappointed with how it turned out. The colors are not correct, no bolts of any kind, and the writing could have been done a lot better! They offered to redo the cake, but would only change the border, and I would have to drive back out to pick up! When asked for a partial refund, that was also refused! They couldn't even do cursive writing, when asked! I have worked food, and I know how it is, but you guys did not want to work with me, and I was so nice about it too!! Manager stated she's not a professional when it comes to cakes. If that's the case, this particular DQ should not advertise customizable cakes!! I am so disappointed that I was in charge of a cool Chargers cake for my dad for Father's Day/birthday. $35 is way too much for an 8 inch cake, that I can't get my way. My family and I will not be returning to this...

This location is absolutely horrible. The people that work there absolutely cannot prepare an order properly. Last time I ordered a chili dog chips and a blizzard. Just got the Blizzard. Decided to give them another shot....Ordered 2 chili dog combos and 2 blizzards for wife and myself....got blizzards and hot dogs but no chips. It's not rocket science. If there were an adult there to keep the workers in line it would help. But nope....bunch of kids more worried about vaping in the back than doing the job they're paid for. Never again. I'm all done with this store. Owner should clean house. The horrible reviews should let you know to...
