I usually eat here, at least once a week. I usually ask for Felicia, who is great! She wasn't here today. Im also a generous tipper. Today, I had a terrible experience with the Hostess. She wore a mask, but it stayed below her mouth. We sat near the entrance, already had our food on the table, and every time she coughed, it was towards our table. Didn't turn her head the other way, or covered her mouth. I politely asked her if she could at least turn the other way when she coughs or put her mask on. She asked me if I wanted to move to another table. I had about 5 entrees on my table and my 92 year old mother in a wheelchair. I asked her if she could just turn her head when she coughs and not towards out table. She said, im going to call security! I told her I wanted a manager. She told me " You started it!" At first, the manager took her side, and asked me if I wanted to change tables. I told him why should I do that when all she needs to do is turn the other way when she coughs???I told him, I'm Not here to cause any trouble, but it's rude to cough towards your customers table while they're trying to eat. I refuse to get sick because of that. He eventually apologized and I did accept it. On my way out as I was pushing my mother in her wheelchair, the hostess forcefully coughed our way. What a disgrace to the resturant! How can you hire rude, inconsiderate, people like that and try to back them up???? AND THEY THREATEN TO CALL SECURITY OVER COMPLAINING ABOUT A MASK AND A COUGH ?????WOW!!!! Sounds like you'll need an attorney just to dine here. I hope the whole world reads this. I did like to come here, but I would rather spend my money where people are treated...
Read moreSetup reservation for 15 people. Hostes was nice and prompt. Our waiter was nice but extremely forgetfull. The wait for our orders of drinks took forever. Given we had a big group but the restaurant was not as busy. Several tables were empty. I stepped into their restroom to wash my hands as soon as i got to the restaurant. After being in the casino and handling money, pressing buttons others press i feel washing your hands before tou eat is crucial (specially during a gem show and a virus outbreak). The restroom was out of soap, so i notified our waitress right away. I waited a good 20 minutes until our drinks arrived that i attempted to wash my hands again. No luck on soap! I re-notified my waitress which she responded by bringing me a sauce tray with hand sanitizer and wipes saying "this is the best i can do". With no other choice i used the sanitizer and started eating. Throughout my time at the restaurant i noticed many customers going in the restroom and walking out without washing their hands. At the end of our diner i stepped in the restroom and noticed that the soap had not been replaced.i spoke with the manager which gave me a very brief "ok we will change it" and finally made someone replace the soap. At no moment did they apologize on the fact that everyone ate with dirty hands. It's a very nice restaurant in a very nice snd profitable casino to provide such...
Read moreThis was our second visit. The first time we visited we had sushi. It was ok. Takamatzu is a waaaaayyyy better bet for your buck. It was NOT bad; more like 10 degrees over mediocre. Tonight we happened in about an hour before closing. BAD IDEA! Nothing but alcohol, diet soda and water to drink. The "something or other fun ho" soup was a big bowl of water, rice noodles, vegetables and two pieces each of boiled beef, chicken and shrimp. That's it. The water was hot but not even discolored as if anything had been cooked in it. Hot water and ingredients. That's all. There was zero flavor. I put about a third of a small bottle of soy sauce in it to see if it could be salvaged. That did little more than turn it into mildly salty water. Finally I pulled half of the ingredients out of the water and put them on a plate and put more soy sauce on top. My husband had the teriyaki chicken and fried rice and found about the same result. More giant chunks of raw vegetables than anything else. I don't mean stir fried. I mean steamed for 10-15 seconds and stirred in. We both ate about a fourth of our food and gave up. Glad we had a $20 food voucher that paid for half. The service was definitely pleasant, by my advice would be to go to Bellissimo,...
