Burger King — Restaurant in Tulare

Its so horrible how people want to defame everyone because they feel offended. I was there the day the manager had an incident with a super rude customer claiming her daughter was autistic. She was told in a calm manner to please restrain her child and prevent her from entering the kitchen. And then the customer begins to cuss accusing the manager of descriminating against her child. She still apologies to the customer who then procedes to toss soda everywhere and tell her to clean up after her. As if that wasn't enough she begins to toss fries and nuggets all over the place. After all of this she then pull out her phone and starts saying she's descriminating against her daughter. These employees don't get paid enough to deal with problematic customers. The manager still proceeded to give her a refund for all the food she just threw everywhere and the rude customer proceeds to threaten to get her fired. She should definitely look in to defamation law. Rude customers have to be held accountable for their actions too. If she is fired she should definitely talk to a lawyer. Defamation is a real thing and too many people get away with their one...

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Brought my kids here earlier in the week to play at the play structure. The “manager” on duty packed my order wrong and when I brought it to her attention I was told I had to pay for the item I was missing again if I wanted the correct item. What?? So we came back tonight and when I asked for my drink cups I was told by the young girl that took my order that I didn’t order drinks. I told her I did (because I KNOW I did) and she immediately began to argue loudly with me that I never asked for drinks. When I turned to ask the same on duty manager from our previous horrible experience if this employee was really allowed to engage in a full blown argument with me while I was ALREADY re-ordering and had money out to pay for the drinks that they never heard me ask for the first time. The “manager” stood watching and condoning this behavior. Even encouraging it to continue. I was cursed at, threatened and disrespected openly and it was allowed. I have never seen such unprofessional ghetto type behavior in my life! I would even give one star if zero was an option. Shame...

Went to this location today in the pouring rain because usually the staff and location is good but today there worker named Timothy took my order through the drive thru and he was very rude didn't ask if I would like any sauce with my order of nuggets and chicken fries I basically had to tell them myself do his job for him because if not I knew they wouldn't give me any sauce they never do! I also had to basically yell through the speaker so he could hear me kept saying "wait what" and raising my voice while I have a sick sleeping 2 year old in the car was not the business. As well as due to raising my voice my toddler woke up crying so in my frustration I forgot 2 add 2 cones to my order so when I pull up to the window and wanted to add them on real quick(mind you there was no one else in the drive thru at the time) he tells me no he can't add on anything at the window. Which in turn I responded with I've been told when there's no one else in the line and if it's simple add on you are allowed to he says no he can't and proceeds to slam the window in my face all while my 2 year old is crying I the car.
