Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Tulare

Won't be coming to this location anymore. They never make any of the drinks right, they take forever & when ordering something off their menu that they don't know they just blankly stare at you & try calling it something different until you point it out to them off the menu & their like oh I didn't know we had that. After giving them a few chances they still apparently can't make any of the energy drinks at all or any of the kid's drinks. They give the kids half a cup of hot chocolate because they fill it with nothing but foam & they seem to forget when you had just ordered a kids drink there's not supposed to be coffee in it yet they put coffee in it anyways. They don't take orders like the other locations do, they mix orders up here & they also avoid handing out any of the stickers on sticker day. Might as well just start going...

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Dutch Bros I placed an order and waited 30 minutes, only to find out that my order wasn’t even showing on their iPad. When I asked if they could have it ready within the next 5 minutes, or else I’d need to cancel, the girl at the counter had the audacity to tell me, “I can’t skip the line.” Skip the line?! I had already been waiting longer than most people there! Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they just dismissed me.

Poor organization, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service. If you want a coffee in a reasonable amount of time, I’d suggest...

Best coffee shop ever! At first I was skeptical about a new coffee chain but now dutch bros is my go to especially at this location. The staff are all super sweet and awesome, I order there so much they know my face! They messed my order up once by making it twice and instead of letting me pay for the extra coffees they made they just gave them to me along with my mobile order, needless to say my coworkers were just as happy as i was! If I could rate more then 5 stars I would, absolutely love this location especially since I work just...
