This Mexican restaurant is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is charming with a cute western vibe that feels warm and inviting. The food was absolutely amazing—everything made fresh to order, which I truly appreciate. The chilaquiles and pozole were standout dishes—so flavorful and comforting. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. I do encourage families to be patient and kind when dining here—this isn’t fast food, and that’s the beauty of it. It reminded me how much I miss real, freshly made meals compared to the quick, microwaved stuff we’ve grown used to. Highly recommend!

We drove an hour to try this food. My husband is A technician that’s always on the road and he came home one day to tell me about this place. When I tell you that this place tastes like my grandmothers, that’s the honest truth. They served us under 10 minutes. 100% authentic and tasteful. I knew it wasn’t a coincidence that the food tasted like my moms, the cook that made our food is from Michoacán. It made me feel so close to home. Definitely recommend. I have never left a review in any place so this is how you know I loved it.

There was no one there but us for dinner, which was weird and not the greatest sign. Food was ok for the price. Mole was nothing to write home about other than the chicken was a little dry. Beans and rice were perfect, I just wish they gave you more. The food seemed very "white." Like they didn't season things accordingly in order to cater to white people's palates. I wish they cooked the seasoning into their tortilla chips, rather than sprinkled on. I don't even think they cook their own chips? I'm not saying the food was bad, but it just wasn't great. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Though I would expect that since we were the only ones there. The place looks like it was an American diner at some point? Which gives off a weird vibe for a Mexican restaurant. I'll give them another shot in the future though since it's not far from where I live, and they're inexpensive for...
