Taqueria Guadalajara — Restaurant in Tulare

Well I used to give this restaurant a 5 star review but ever since they got a new cook I had to write a new review. I need to let you know that the Chile Verde tast like it is from the can. I used to go and eat there at least 3 times a week. The wet burrito was awesome and the tacos tasted just as good. I am sorry to say the new cook does not stand a chance. I won't be returning to eat there in till they get the other cook back or find someone that can cook like him. Good luck

Food was subpar. I asked for no vegetables and what do you know? They added vegetables. Then when I returned my food because it was not what I ordered, they took it back to pick the veggies off instead of making me a new a new one. They did a poor job of picking the veggies off mind you, AND my torta was cold by the time I got it back. Also I asked for extra salsa in a cup from the young woman working there and she didnt follow through. Had to ask the guy that brought my food out and she didnt even have the courtesy to apologize. I ordered 4 tacos asada NO RED CHILE I get home my tacos have red Chile & I called on the phone spoke to the lady who took my order didn’t have a problem replacing my food but as soon as I get there a guy the cook comes out & says he never makes mistakes & is perfect & im the one who messed up my own order when I have been coming here for 3+ years & always order my food the right way with NO RED CHILE bc I’m deathly allergic to tomatoes & wanted to recharge me for my food when they are the ones who messed up first ! & to top it off they forgot my horchata & served me cold grilled onions & jalepenos.
