Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Tulare

Slowest Jack in the box!!

This is an edit to my previous review about how slow this place is. They replied to my review saying to give them another chance and I did. I ordered a carry out order on my mobile to ENSURE that I didn't have to wait like last time. It said that it would be ready in 8 to 10 minutes so I went in and waited for my order. After arriving I waited 15 minutes in the lobby for them to tell me that I didn't. Notify them that I had arrived and my food hadn't been started. So I patiently waited a very LONG 30 minutes for my food to be done. It doesn't make any sense as top why I have to notify them that I arrived. The point of carry out is ZERO contact and I did this option as I was sick. They also forgot to give me my curly fries. All in all this place is TERRIBLE and I won't ever eat here again.

Update to my update I arrived at home just to find out that they ALSO forgot 2 sausage croissant with my order. I called to let them know and the manager was EXTREMELY rude about their mistake. Asked me for all kinds of confirmation to ensure they were missing. My children where so hungry and I had to drive back just for them to take long again. Katie was very rude and after the call she didn't come to speak to me about my order. She just went in her office to hide. This place is on the nicest side of town and hired the wrong people. I get way better service at the Jack in the Box...

I would rate those place 0 stars if I could because omg last night I had the worst drive-thru experience I've ever had This guy who works there at the window was so unprofessional he leaned out ignored me and started making flirty comments toward my boyfriend like, "You look like you work out" & "bet you don't let her drive huh" he even winked at him before handing over the food!! Like are you forreal right now? It was humiliating and so uncomfortable for my boyfriend who isn’t gay btw! To top it off the food was cold + soda watered down + fries were spilled upside down in the bag. But we didn’t even want to eat the food because who knows what he put in there after that interaction. Clearly he cared more about being inappropriate than doing his actual job. I already let them know I’ll be reporting this to corporate because this kind of behavior should never be tolerated. Anyone with a boyfriend/girlfriend don’t come here because it seems the workers care more about making a pass than...

Unbelievable. The owner of this restaurant should really come and do a visit to this location. Oh my goodness 🤦🏽‍♂️ I have been to many restaurants in my lifetime and I’m not someone to go and write a review but how could I not this time around? This was by far the most pathetic service I ever seen 🤦🏽‍♂️ I felt bad for some of the customers literally was seeing customers come in and just leave. Literally waiting 15 mins before they are even acknowledged. We waited almost 30 minutes for just a milkshake 😑 I felt bad for the manager because I could really tell she was really trying to move fast but the others literally moving at a snails pace. To not even be acknowledged whatsoever literally waiting at the register just to even get told welcome to Jack in the box is ridiculous.
