Went to this location on 3/7/25 and ordered an ice water in my stainless steal personal cup. I typically always do this when ordering because their water is triple filtered and always tastes clean and crisp but today at this location when I received my order and took a big sip what I tasted was horrid. It tasted very foul of mold. I was very disgusted and as a concerned customer I called to bring it to their attention and the woman whom answered the phone said "well no one else has complained chuckles then says and we use it in all of our teas too and so yea no one else has brought this up." I was shocked at that response and said I wasn't going back I just wanted to bring it to their attention as this can be an extreme concern had there actually been mold in either their ice machine or their water filtration system desperately needed a replacement. Overall, I ended our call and then called Starbucks customer care because if that's how they respond then that goes to show how much they don't care. I placed online order that said eta was 6:34pm I got there @ 6:45pm and still was not ready, which wasn't a big deal.
Within two minutes Gilbert called my name. I went up to get my frap and let him know I had a pumpkin bread as well.
He said oh ok they will have it up shortly. There was five other customers in the lobby frustrated as well.
I patently waited until 7pm and finally approached Gilbert, who did apologize but I didn't leave there till 7:03. Speed and accuracy of orders is just not this location strongest points..

   Read moreThis location has been my go to spot since it opened and now I live right around the corner of it. The people are friendly and quick, especially when their fully staffed. The only issues I ever had was during COVID and that wasn’t just them, but every industry. Can’t blame them for that.
The quality and availability of food and drinks has always been pretty consistent. I don’t tend to see the same faces all the times, but they are always super friendly. Maybe it’s just my handsome face who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️.
