McDonald's — Restaurant in Tulare

Shame on McDonalds. Used to be a great place to eat at. Unfortunately customer service and quality is not their priority anymore . I’ve been there recently and all 3 separate times biscuits were soggy and tasted like raw dough was placed in the microwave. Tasted like a terrible gas station breakfast sandwich . The deluxe big breakfast use to serve scrambled eggs, now they serve a tiny piece maybe half or sliver of the folded egg. That’s not scrambled . They used to serve sausage and bacon in the deluxe now it’s one or the other . The muffins are not toasted anymore . Microwaved several occasions . Few times I was served an uncooked muffin cold Egg McMuffin, the cheese was cold refrigerator temp , in fact the cheese slipped out of the cold sandwich, never melted . Well when muffins aren’t toasted and served cold. I don’t mind paying more for quality food. I understand Food costs are rising but why skimp and destroy the way McDonalds used to serve their food . Such a shame . I been going to McDonalds for the breakfast almost 40 years . No more . It’s not the same . Quality has gone into the toilet and replaced with overpriced imitation barely edible quality . Need I say more ??? Don’t get me started . Good...

It took me less than 2min from ordering to getting my food. Normally that would be a good thing but none of the food was hot, not even warm. The bacon was extra extra crispy to the point of tasting burnt. Pancakes were cold & had a tough edge like they had been sitting out. The hash browns wasn't exactly cold but not warm either & a little soggy with oil. The scrambled egg was the worst part of the whole thing. It's some kind of flat, tasteless, rubbery thing that at first glance I thought was a slice of cheese. Not even warm, like the rest, had no flavor & didn't resemble the McDonald's scrambled eggs in any kind of way. I completely wasted my money with this big breakfast & I'd highly recommend that if you want to get a McDonald's breakfast you try another location & not the one on bardsley. As far as customer service, there wasn't any. I ordered online, walked in & not one person even looked at me. My food was on the counter, I grabbed the bag & waited a second in case anyone wanted to make sure I wasn't stealing. Nobody was paying attention & it...

This place gets one star because it won't let give them zero stars. The most rude, unprofessional location I've ever been to. They took forever to take my order, they didn't give anyone a receipt because all the receipt printers "weren't working", when I asked for the store number the person didn't know and was extremely rude about giving it to me. He shut the window before allowing any other word to be said. They were out of any juice that can come out of the soda fountain. The food did not taste appetizing whatsoever. I was in town visiting my brother and was extremely disappointed that I wasted money at this location to feed my kids lunch while passing by on the way home. They need to remove every single employee at this location and train new hires who have better customer service. I've never been so disgusted by service at a fast food restaurant before in my life and so glad I'll never have to go anywhere near this location again....
