I ordered at 12:53pm 03/29/2024. The food was not served until 1:07 . The cashier explained the store was out of ready French fried so they had to take time to prepare. That is bad because it is a fast food service; however, that was nothing compared to what happened next . After that long waiting time, I received the meal. My child open his bacon chese burger wrap to each and find out the store pack charcoal, totally burnt , over cooked bacon pieces into the burger . The whole many slices of bacon inside the burger burnt and crumpled like charcoal from a burner. I brought that up to the cashier and he just said “ I will exchange another one without even an apology for the gross lazy , nasty dirty food the store served served the customer. He was too busy to sense the anger from the customer or he acted just like another day , another same story . I had to ask for the manager to yell at her about the nasty, lazy disrespect for the food safety for the customer. The manager could try to calm me by filling my request for refund but still offer no apology. It seems to me they are used to with this bad , disrespect , “who care “ attitude towards customer.
I would say customers to prepare for this if you ever buy food from the McDonald’s from this Love travel center.

After he rung up and I paid for the first one, he started telling me I could only do 1 combo for the deal even though I showed him on my app it said up to 4 with this deal. I requested he get the manager, who proceeded to tell me that I was wrong(even with my proof right there in front of him) and he couldn't change the price( I know he can). I continued to debate my position and he just said "well complain about it than". I still needed food for two people, so I ended up paying $4 extra for the 2nd combo. I asked for the manager and cashiers names, to which they stated that they were all minors and didn't have to tell me. I'm pretty sure the manager is not a minor... after getting my food and returning to my truck, I found hair that looked as if it had purposely been placed there. I returned inside to ask for a replacement or refund, and they refused and told me I had put it there on purpose. However my hair is long and these hairs were short. As I threw the food into the garbage, I heard them laughing and the short lady who claimed to be a minor called me a "crazy b!tch". I paid $14.00 for a meal I didn't get to eat, was mocked by a manager in front of a store full of people, and refused a refund or replacement. I hope you are REALLY PROUD of this location. Read moreNight shift customer service is consistently horrible. Workers don’t seem to care about customers. I went in a month ago apparently 15 minutes before they closed the lobby. Unknowingly, I told them my order was “for here”. I got my food and had to go back for the nugget sauce they forgot to put in my bag (because there were no clean trays). As soon as I opened up my food and started eating, the lead person (no name badge) came up to me to tell me the lobby was closing in 5 minutes. I told her nobody said anything to me about the lobby closing. The girl said “well you have 5 minutes before we lock the doors”. On my way out I told her the cashier needs to warn people who dine in if the lobby is closing before they start eating. She rolled her eyes and said OKAY with an attitude.
Tonight I went back. I asked if the Pick 2 promo was still going on. The cashier didn’t know and asked the drive thru girl. She said no. I ordered everything at regular price. As I was handed my receipt the menu screen changed to advertise the 2 for $5 promo. I showed the cashier and the drive thru girl that this was what I was asking about. The cashier mumbled something about hearing me say “pick 2”. I told them that wasn’t right and I wanted to cancel my order. They both just stood there looking at me with a blank look on their face. I gave up and took my cup out from the bewildered cashier and accepted my mistake for going back to this place....
