1/2 stars for a half bad experience. went through the drive thru yesterday. I had an awesome experience. Ordered two combos, was greeted and thanked. A different gal was working the window yesterday. Today I went again, and my experience was less than favorable. The same drive thru person I see a lot of complaints about, still works there and is still rude. Other times i thought she was just having a bad day, or feeling overwhelmed but now I’m certain this location has an employee with poor customer service skills. And it has not been addressed. When ordering today. there were hardly any responses. I wasn’t sure if she could hear me. And when I said one thing in a size that wasn’t the same as their offerings. I ordered “6 piece” she responded with “5” I thought she said size. So I said L, and she said “5 piece” I just said yea. But the whole ordering was like that. And when I got to the window she took payment and handed me the foods. I was so ready to go that I didn’t check my order. Everything was correct, and hot. She forgot my sauces. But there was no excuse for her poor communication and attitude. I’m pregnant, so I get it, I have bad days too. And I have to talk to customers all day and I have never found myself being so distant and cold to them as she was today. But I didn’t say anything but it’s been eating at me since. Read moreFirst off, the guy doing the front counter during lunch time is awesome and really nice everytime I go in. But as for the food, today I wasted 18 dollars on 2 sandwiches that were not worth even half that price in my opinion.
The first sandwich, their new spicy barbecue brisket, isn't even close to what the picture looks like. Of course no fast food sandwich is close to the picture they show you, however this one was egregiously bad. It barely had any meat at all, like they have a brisket shortage and could only afford to put a few extremely thin slices of beef. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures because I was like "whatever what do you expect".
The second sandwich was the Ruben. Again, I don't know who was making sandwiches today but it's like they were allergic to putting meat on them. This one I took pictures of because I knew I was going to write a review about it by this point. It's like half an empty sandwich. And for me what makes the Ruben good is the sour kraut, which of course was absent on this sandwich. How do you even forget that?

Read more1.5 Stars Could not understand first individual (taking the order) felt rushed. Spent $46, waited 15 minutes. The only saving grace was the person handing me the order, they seemed to be in good spirits and were extremely nice. Frustrated with having to wait and wanted to get home, I asked if ALL of my order was there, I was told yes, i didn'tcheckto verify. Shame on me. Got home only to discover that the majority of the sandwiches were not there. Hardly any "cheese" on the beef and cheddar, the deep fried mac and cheese lacked flavor, and the Pepsi was flat. Called the store, the manager asked if I had a receipt. Told them yes. Told me I could return to get the missing food. I'm not going to leave my house to come and get food that should have been sent with me to begin with. Offer to refund my money or have the food delivered, since this is on Arby's not myself.
