Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Tulsa

The service was an absolute travesty. Our server was so engrossed in her workplace romance that she might as well have been on a different planet. She got our order wrong three times, not because it was complex, but because she was too busy batting her eyelashes at her coworker. Forget about greetings or apologies; we were met with silence and, when we dared to speak up about the mix-up, an eye-roll that could've been used to signal the start of a race. In conclusion, if you're in the mood for a bagel served with a side of disdain, Einstein Bagels won't disappoint. Just don't expect anything more than a cold bagel and an even colder reception.

I want to share a concern about my experience at this establishment on today date 12/1/24 The person making my sandwich was wearing gloves, wiped her hands on her shirt after cutting the sandwich, and then placed it in the to-go box. When I mentioned this was not appropriate, they dismissed me by saying, “Okay, go and have a good flight.”

I ended up throwing the food away, even though I paid $23 for it. I felt uncomfortable eating it due to the lack of hygiene. This is not right I do have my receipt and I will make sure follow up this with local health department. My daughter could be effected by this unprofessional establishment at the...

Stood in line for 15 minutes while the children working behind the counter flirted with one another. One was a big tall guy with a very deep voice. The other was a white female with blonde hair.

The black girls couldn’t perform her job because the other two were doing a “shift change” that consisted of flirting and discussing Thanksgiving plans.

Note to management: Put a bed in the back and maybe the help will be better cause they sure ain’t good now! BTW. We left without ordering and gave our business to the convenience store...
