Fat Guys Burger Bar — Restaurant in Tulsa

One of the worst restaurant experiences I have had. Every Single Table in the place is dirty. No attempt to even consider cleaning the table. We sat the most clean table (see photo).

We sat and requested the table be cleaned. We heard a conversation/argument insue over if the restaurant even had cleaner. 2 of the 3 waitestaff said they were completely out of cleaning spray. The 3rd said she'd just used it, found it, and cleaned our table.

We watched half a dozen other people come in and clean their own tables. The staff did NOTHING to help one another, and it was impossible to tell if they had sections or alternating tables. They were both running all over the place. Our waitress was very nice, but none were very attentive. Much time with the waitstaff standing near the bar, chatting with every table in the place dirty.

This almost seems like a waisted review, as there is not another place to go in the B Terminal. Eat at the restaurants just past security! Clean, nice, attentive. (I travel weekly and have eaten here more than I can count. I waited to make this post, but the service, cleanliness, and overall experience seems to be in a tail spin).

Also to note, searched 4 tables to find one nearly empty ketchup bottle (other there were bone dry), several TV's not working in the bar, out of cleaning material, apparently, out of many alcohols, many tables not stocked (salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard...their staple for tables).

Wish this weren't so, but I highly do not recommend eating here...

I would give food four stars, but this place is an overall 2 star. First, there are no clear signs about seating. You have to actually order your food first, but no one welcomes you and tells you that. Someone will just walk up to counter towards front and ask you what you want to order. Then they look frustrated and impatient that you have to look at the menu board and decide what you want. Then, if you order a burger (which I did), they ask you what you want on it. I was confused. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. They then pointed to the menu board where you have to tell them that you want lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard. Then, I had to order fries separately, which is okay and can be expected, but then he asked whether original or spicy. I said original. Then he asked me what sauce? By this point I almost said forget it. Like I originally started with, the food was good. This would have been way worse had the food been awful. MAKE THINGS SIMPLER AND LESS CONFUSING WITH WELCOMING...

I can’t even rate the food because we never got that far. My wife and I visited this restaurant on my way out of Tulsa a little before 6 pm on 6/17/23. I wore a white fishing shirt (since corporate should review these videos). Sign at the front said to seat yourself, so we did. After 15 minutes with no acknowledgement that we there there, I walked up to the bar to order my food. I wasn’t sure if they had table service. After another 5-7 minutes, the bartender berated me for even walking up to the bar holding a menu. The waitstaff consisted on one person so it wasn’t her fault, but it would’ve gone far to be acknowledged at any point. The bartender was rude and condescending and he shouldn’t be in a customer facing role in any establishment. Needless to say, we left without making a purchase. I write this review to warn others of this place. We went to the other restaurant in the terminal and were taken...
