Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Tulsa

I ordered a cheese pizza with 2 ranch sides. I got home with a pepperoni pizza with 1 ranch side. So, I decided to return the pizza. The staff could not have cared less. I stood in line with a pizza in my hand for 10+ minutes trying to return the wrong order. When I got to the cashier I didn’t get an “I’m sorry” or a “what happened?” Or a “let me fix that for you” I got no sort of customer service. She just said “ok” and turned around to go find the manager (I’m assuming). When the manager came over he did not even attempt to figure out or fix the situation. Just a “did you pay card or cash?” And a refund. Just tried to get me out of there asap it seemed like. I wanted to get the correct pizza I ordered and a little bit of an apology or at least an attempt to make things right, but I did not get any of that. It was Very disappointing and very frustrating! It is just really maddening to go to a pizza place that I really love and they can’t even show me common courtesy, much less customer service to make sure that the order is right and I leave happy. A simple “I’m sorry” would have gone a long way. I guess that is too...

It Was a horrible experience everyone that worked in there but maybe 1 guy was tweaked out or on drugs and the 4 workers in the back making the food where touching the food with no gloves on and everyone's food like back to back to back and I ordered the the 12 count Pepperollies and they only gave me 10 and 2 pick a pair 2 large one toppings pizzas both where burnt and the pizzas where both a small and i drove 32 mins and the food still wasnt ready plus it was a lil after that it still wasnt ready so i waited around and I ordered 4 ranch and i didnt get thoses either and so I told them and they took my food back then kept asking what was wrong with it and then after they told me to wait for them to remake my pizzas I came back in from my car 20 mins later to get my pizza and they told me they where not going to remake it and waited for me to come back in to tell me that instead of coming out to my car or calling my phone and when the guy tried to refund me he was falling asleep at the cash register and couldn't even barley refund me when I had the receipt and it says how much to give back on the Receipt I DO NOT...

THIS PARTICULAR MAZZIOS OFF EDISON AND GILCREASE IN NORTH TULSA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST MAZZIOS IN OKLAHOMA, I STARTED GOING THIS EARLY SUMMER IN JUNE 2023, WHICH AFTER THE FIRST PIZZA MYSELF & MY BOYFRIEND HAVE BEEN HOOKED EVER SINCE, THE STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY, AND A WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE WHICH THERE EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY SMILE AND IF THEY AREN'T SMILING THERE STILL SHOWING CUSTOMERS THERE FRIENDLY SIDE, OH AND THEY ACTUALLY WORK AS A TEAM AND ACTUALLY LIKE TO BE AT WORK, AND THE PIZZA ITSELF HAS BEEN FRESH AND THE BEST MAZZIOS I'VE EATEN OUT OF EVERYONE OF THEM WHICH WE'VE EATEN AT I BELIEVE ALL OF THEM, WE LIVE IN SAND SPRINGS OUT BY COYOTE TRAIL, YET WE DRIVE TO PICKUP AT MAZZIOS OFF OF EDISON IF WE CAN'T GET A DELIVERY SERVICE TO DELIVER TO US BUT WE 95% OF THE TIME USE PICKUP, I JUST WANTED TO POST THIS BECAUSE OUT OF ALL THE LAZINESS,HATE, PEOPLE HAVING NO MANNERS OR NO FAITH IN HUMANITY NOW DAYS,ITS REFRESHING TO SEE A SMALL BUSINESS HAVE IT RIGHT FOR ONCE AND ITS BEEN MULTIPLE TIMES WE'VE EATEN HERE IN PAST 9 MONTHS SO ITS BEEN...
