Tulsa Country Club — Restaurant in Tulsa

I have watched the decline of services at this club. I see people have mentioned the pool manager. I know who they are referring to. He works too hard at being everyone’s buddy and not a manager. He has allowed just about anything and everything to go on at the pool this summer.

The website and contract you sign clearly states no thong bikinis or Brazilian bottom swimwear and yet the pool is full of that this summer. One lady had on a glitter triangle top with matching bottom of just a string up her crack while her friend had the cheeky bottom and they stood nose to rear in the kiddie pool drinking when they had no children with them. Other adults drags chairs in the kiddie pool area to sit and take up space again with no children in sight. An old woman blocked half the entry to the kiddie pool with her lounge chair to lay out…it’s just chaos.

Trash is always laying around while the wait staff tries to keep up and the manager is too busy kicked back in chairs visiting with people to even pitch in. He will sit beside people and chat for hours while kids are running, splashing, swimming in the marked off diving area. The lifeguards are trying to do their job but parents pretty much go to allow their children to unsupervised play while they drink and chat.

No adults should be allowed to hang out in the kiddie area unless they are with a child, period! They are not only in the way, it’s inappropriate. It’s designated for small children for a reason and yet no one enforces it.

Breakfast and brunch although food is good, you are served cold coffee.

Side note: The club needs a female pool manger to address the delicate issues of proper classy modest swimwear and to get it cleaned up and in order. Last time we went it felt like spring break in Vegas. Lots of alcohol, barely there swimwear and adults in the kiddie pool with the drinks in...

We love coming here, especially in the summer months when the pool is open. The wait staff is friendly and the manager in charge of the pool area is always so so pleasant. They take feedback and surveys seriously and always strive to make the club better which I have witnessed from the last survey polled with their members. The lifeguards take monitoring seriously which is a huge deal considering how many people can be at the pool at...

I had left a review some 3 years ago and felt that I should update my review. Our club has become a much greater joy to be a member of since, Scott Karpe, our new head golf professional came to the club. Scott and the whole staff are a great pleasure to see every time I'm at the club. There have been many changes and I can say I think they all have improved the members experience.
