Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tulsa

Is the worst pizza I’ve ever seen or tasted in my life! And I hope I don’t get food poisoning!

As I have dietary restrictions, I normally only ever get a cheese pizza. This was supposed to be for carry out but when I asked if they used a knife to cut meat with to cut my pizza, I was told yes. So why are the world would you offer a cheese pizza at cut it with a meat knife? There are people on this planet that do not eat meat and there are also people that do not cross meat with Dairy. I just so happened to be the latter. Not only that she have to remake it, but she had an attitude that stank to match. Furthermore, once I got out to my vehicle to eat a slice, it wasn’t cut thoroughly through as you can see by the photo below. The knife was dull as I tried to go and cut it again with supposedly the same knife that she used. Seriously I didn’t realise Pizza Hut did pull apart. It hopes that maybe you might get a decent slice of pizza if it was any good. Started to pull it apart and the base look like cardboard. I’m not a happy camper will be in the store in the morning to complain bitterly that is if I don’t get food poisoning. And then if I do, I will be looking for compensation for a days missed work. Pizza Hut used to be a good place to get a pizza, now I think I will go to Little Caesars from now on at least there’s stuff has taste and it looks like it’s supposed...

So I placed an order last night (12/4/22), my order was supposed to arrive around 7:33pm. It was just the ultimate cookie thing and four 20z mountain dews. By 8:20pm I was pretty sure they weren't coming so I called them. The lady who answered, assumed manager, tried to tell me my order had been delivered. It had not, I checked. She then proceeded to tell me my order was left with someone else because I gave the wrong address. I used my address, the address I always used with them and multiple other deliver services. But she wanted to argue. So then including my boyfriend with the call on speaker she continued to be hostile and argumentive saying I was at fault. Because they wanted the building number which I gave. After several minutes of this nonsense she finally said she'd have the order remade and delivered. The delivery driver told us he dropped the original order off at a different location than the manager said, so they lied twice. The mountain dew was very warm and the cookie was like lukewarm. I'll never order from them again. At least at night. Because the man who delivered my food the morning before...

I love pizza hut, I really do. However I'm never using this location again. I order delivery, long story short. After 40 minutes after estimated delivery, no pizza. I give the store a call. I was told they attempted to deliver but couldnt find me. I asked if they called, he said yes, once, it went to a dial tone. I asked what number was called, the area code was a number off. Okay, could have been my bad. I asked if the gate code was on the receipt, I was told no. Then I was asked if delivery drivers were allowed in my area. Um yea. They are. So I was a bit sarcastic and asked if I could still have it delivered. I was told that yes, this time, this time it was possible. They didnt close for another hour and a half. I gave him all my info, and 25 minutes later food arrives. Great and awesome. Then I look at the receipt. It was the orginal cause it had the order time of when originally ordered. Also the receipt had my correct phone number and gate code. Seriously. Unless I'm missing something, this...
