QuikTrip — Restaurant in Tulsa

Today I arrived at 735pm at this location. Walking in I wasn't greeted. I approach the front counter and waited a few minutes for service. Asst Manager Carina was near front counter, walked passed me and behind the counter to grab a cleaning bottle to only place a chemical on the counter for what reason idk. Other customers walked in she greeted them. I'm going to be specific. She greeted the white customers not the black. I came through one door another black male came through the opposite. She didn't greet us. So I'm still waiting to be help. She comes to the front counter and just stares at me. I didn't even get, Can I help you? So I spoke 1st. I said hello. Still nothing from her. So I asked for a single blk. I didn't even request a flavor but she assumed I wanted cherry. She goes to search for a single blk. While searching she gets mad and are shoving the boxes on the shelves out of place. So she said I don't have what your looking for. So I asked her about the blacks directly behind the counter. I asked for flavor and prices. She got mad at me and said I don't know what your asking for. Well Carina I clearly said what are the flavors and prices? I proceeded to ask for another manager on duty. She said she is the only one available. She told me she wasn't going to service me and I needed to leave. Even asked the security guard to put me out. I said why. I can't ask questions. So I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning. Some people doesn't need to be promoted. She's needs to lose her job or go to another store. Horrible service. Why is this location keeps hiring racist managers? I come in all the time. I wasn't rude to her. I only asked 2 questions and she was furious about serving a black woman. Whomever is in charge please run the cameras back and watch how disrespectful your asst manager Carina are to black people. I'm pissed. I was at the counter long enough to ask my 2 questions and received service before anyone else came to the counter to check out. People like Carina doesn't deserve to work at Qt. Move her somewhere else...

Today is Thanksgiving, 2024. I just went into qt to get my morning cinnamon roll, bacon, egg, and cheese taco, and a shot of caffeine. I was not greeted upon entry. This is noticeable, due to the regular consistency of such. After I grabbed my taco and Mt dew, I was walking to get my cinnamon roll, and the guy behind the counter was staring me down. I smiled and nodded at him. He just kept mean mugging me. Then, when I was pulling my cinnamon roll out of the donut box, another worker came and stood by the door, not working, just standing there. I said, "Happy Thanksgiving," to the pretend security worker. He grunted a d looked away from me. I proceeded to pay, and told the cashier happy Thanksgiving as well. Typically, the attitude of qt workers is the attracting factor. I will be using one of the hundreds of other gas stations, after this encounter. Kum and go is doing a damn good job. I've wired several of their new stores. I just liked using qt, because the haieress purchased and moved into my mother's home, about 10 years ago. Silly sentimentalism. We are experiencing an era of psychopathic customer service. It will not end, if we allow to continue. Take your money to companies that make you believe that they appreciate your business. Happy...

A worker named Morgan absolutely unprofessional this woman does not know jack from diddly I walk in and I say hello immediately With the snarkiest look side eyes me as I walk infront of the counter and ignores me, I say okay maybe she is just busy having a tough shift stuff happens. After I get my chips and also a roller grill I come up to pay and i say hello again a and immediately she cuts me off and goes is that all with a rude tone and also a condescending look, proceeds to snatch the chips from me before I fully let go and put it on the counter, after that I said what is your issue and she proceeds to say I don’t wanna help you and walks away. After her walking away and another worker came up completely oblivious of the situation she walked up and asked if I been helped I said no, she came up with a positive attitude smiling and cashed me out for my items .
