Read moreWORST - * This is the worst subway I have ever visited. Their customer service is not at all upto the mark. I went for the meal of the day (meatball marinara) on Wednesday and stayed in line for 10 mins. Finally they took the order and then said they don’t have meatball. When I asked if I can substitute, they acted irresponsibly and made me stay in line without responding. The person was acting like she doesn’t know anything and when I insisted, they told they need to call the owner and all this time I had to stay in the line with couple of people behind me. After some time, they came and said, I could either have ham or turkey or tuna which was unexpected.(When you advertise for something and when a customer comes and asks for it, yea I can understand if it is out of stock. But then if you don’t have it, you should show some dignity by letting the customer buy any sandwich from the menu for the same price). Read moreWhoever was working today, Nov. 16 at 1:30pm – the two females, were rude, hung up the phone on us, and locked the door when we came to get a refund for incorrect food items. Not to mention I stood there for 20 minutes before anyone even said a word to me… Not even glanced at me. Finally afterwards they said my order was still in the works which was 30 minutes past the order pickup time BTW. The place looked gross and gave the feel of a prison, it had bars on the doors and windows and the drinks weren’t even available up front. I asked for a Coke and it tasted shaken up and flat. I ordered buffalo chicken online and they substituted it by drenching my salad in buffalo sauce and ranch combined… Talk about disgusting. Need I go on more?
