This review is as it relates to my visit at 905 a.m. on Tuesday July 14th. The purpose of my visit was to pick up an order for doordash to deliver to the customer. This order is my 955th order for doordash. Each one of those orders requires a visit to a local eating establishment. I've never had one problem with restaurant personnel in all those 955 visits. Today's experience at the subway was the exception to that. I walked in and the lady behind the counter didn't acknowledge me didn't look up even though she was facing me and when she finally looked up she said "what can I do for you" I said I'm here to pick up a doordash order and I gave the customer's name. She pointed up to a sign that was hanging from the ceiling and was just a few feet to my right. She said "look up go there" very rudely. I said "i don't see the sign you are referring to" and again very rudely said "that sign" and then she said "get out". I could not have been any more accommodating or more gentle with this woman. She grabbed the food handed it to me and said again "get out". Never have I been treated so blatantly rude anytime anywhere. I am absolutely convinced that if the franchise owner doesn't take action to correct this person's demeanor and behaviors it will very directly impact the stores...

They also didn't do the double meat yet we were charged $3.99×2. Also on one of the sandwiches they added onions and tomato which were supposed to be left off and didn't season either with parmesan. They only used one of the three dressings on one of the sandwiches and it wasn't even fully cut through. Then the spinach was a little wilted and lettuce was very low quality. My co-workers are Mexican gentleman. The lady who works there at 12:30 on Tuesday July 14th came running out of the store. She racial profiled us screaming, "This is subway!! Go to the taco stand!! Park over there!!" I feel so angry about the situation. Just because we are Mexican DOESN'T MEAN WE ALWAYS WANT TACOS!!! That was so humiliating!!
