At the corner stone of any business in my opinion is costumer service. This brewery fell very short with their costumer service. The bartender is new on the job ( 2 days) and doesnât know anything about the beers. She mentioned I could look at the back of the cans to read whatâs in the beer and the notes. Well not all pallets are the same. She offered to get one of the guys from the back since I was inquiring about there options of lagers. She came back with just the information that there is only one larger on Tap a rice lager. Ok, asked to get a taste before I walk out the door with a beer I later on will not like. She informales me they donât do tasters and she could pour me an 8oz now many of you that are reading this probably been to a brewery or two so tell me what place doesnât offer you a sip to taste there product before u order a pint or beer to go? The beer is expensive on top of that. I am astonished that places like this are striving with poor costumer service. If you going to hire someone make sure they know more than just how to pour a beer, if you want more business have tasters or even a sip to entice your costumers to purchase more of your beer or make a choice on a beer...
Read moreTried several of their beers, did not enjoy a single one, they were either too bitter or too tart. Had they offered tastes I imagine I would have found a beer I enjoy. Nevertheless I wonât be back because I donât want to waste any more money.
UPDATE after the owners reply: Apparently the owner would like you to accept that they donât offer good customer service or sell good tasting beer because we are in a pandemic. They arenât following CDC guidance, otherwise fully vaccinated customers would be able to go maskless. They are using the pandemic as an excuse to save a few bucks on not offering free tastes. There are plenty of places that offered free tastes when masks were required by the CDC and now that masks are not required, there are places that donât require masks for fully vaccinated people and also offer free tastes. Hereâs some great options that have excellent customer service, excellent beer, and offer free tastes: Fish Tale Brewpub - free tastes mask still req. Hops on the Hill - free tastes and no mask Cascadia Grill - free tastes and mask still req. Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar - free tastes and no mask Skep & Skein - free...
Read moreThis place has a good atmosphere and lots of seating and games. But beyond that I was quite disappointed, as a sober person who was there for a work function, with their selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Every restaurant or pub I go to nowadays has some version of a non-alcoholic beer available, but this place has zero. They only had four non-alcoholic beverages to choose from they were all sugary soda type beverages. These days every pub should have some sort of non-alcoholic beer selection to choose from or a decent mocktail, so they are very behind the times with this. It's definitely not somewhere I would go back just because of that. On top of that, their bathroom was pretty gross with nowhere to hang a purse and no paper towels in the bathroom. It also looked like the toilet had not been scrubbed...
