Burger King — Restaurant in Tupelo

Soooooo slow!!!! Plan to spend 30+ minutes in the drive thru as I did, they can not clearly properly operate on a Friday night with only the second window open. No apologies just take your money at the window and then you still have to wait for your food. The system or your staff is clearly not functioning at an acceptable level. I ordered onion rings but they were never on my order. Paid, got my food they he says "oh let me get your drink". As he was doing that I looked in my bag, and then asked him for honey mustard for the chicken nuggets (which I ordered at the drive up) and napkins, I got only honey mustard, no napkin's. I didn't ask again, they clearly are just not listening at all. Are you hiring? You should be, starting with your general manager. A general manager should be reading and responding to reviews, touching all shifts, coming in at different times etc....I was a manager for many years and I would show up unexpectedly throughout the day, just to get a feel of what's going on, sometimes 12 hour days, but your clearly losing tons of money with how your operating now. Oh btw, this is not my first time here, but tonight was clearly the worst experience. Thank you...

Very slow service and food burnt on the outside and not done on the inside. Went by a couple of weeks ago and the door was locked. Taking orders from window but door was locked up to walk in customer. My friend walked up to drive through to try to get order turned in. They told her that the reason the doors were locked because only 2 people were there to work. 5 cars went to the door and left . The door was locked up. So my friend and another lady said can we not come in? They opened the door and there were several people back behind the counter. She asked why did you have the door locked? Her answer was the system was down. So they lied all about it. This store should really be looked into. We were back in there today and service was really bad. Wrong food and never got anything right. A nice couple was across from us took their food back 2 times and still didn't get it right. He ask for his money back and handed them their food back. All this happened at Burger King on Easton blv. Tupelo...

I mean the food is fine but who has ever eaten here just for the next day or a few hours later, just to have a stupid bowel movement after eating a basic Whopper and fries, if anyone agrees just reply to this. Atmosphere is fine but there could be some messes on the tables like sesame seeds from Whoppers and straw paper. I think I have gotten a crown from here before too. And one time they sent me fries that was literally burnt and too crunchy like come on now because I have braces and I don't wanna be held responsible for that, I guess. Kinda don't recommend this place. Even if you don't put anything on the Whopper like nothing on it and just leave it plain, it just tastes like it has like NO grease at all. Since...
