WORSE FOOD & SERVICE!!! In this order: pull up to order, car pull beside me MAD, I asked is your burger OLD (that’s their signature trademark), he said yes, I placed my order and CLEARLY asked for a fresh burger and was willing to wait, girl said hold on let me till kitchen (like if you don’t request fresh you get old), placed order at 7:21pm, at 7:25-7:30 it said someone start with a D was on her way, so I’m waiting, 7:45pm no order, push red button & no answer, google number & call, Rhonda said “we turned off the buttons to get caught up”, 7:55pm here comes my food, 7:58pm I get home, food is cold and old like as if it had been sitting there since forever forever, I called Rhonda swear she made the burger herself and it was fresh but when I addressed her about the wrapping was cold (should have been warm if the meat was hot), food cold, burger burned, hard and dressed wronged….now she didn’t make the burger she only cooked my meat 😂. Then they had the audacity to throw in some fries that were older than the burger 😂😂. Burger was $6.42 and ended up throwing it out. Decided to try the Big Dill Meal, the Triple Dill Pickle smasher burger with the Picklerita Slush. I got a thing of fries with the combo. Now the burger had potential, but I will never know. It had Dill pickles and seasoned cucumbers "chips" in there along with other normal burger toppings. Everything was there but the season cucumber chips. They had been replaced with charred, burnt grease like tasting crumbs that had turned soggy. When I got to the second bite or so, that's all I could taste. It tasted unbearable burnt and the type of burnt you get from grease crumbs or burnt fried foods. I opened the burger and found what made the taste, a small patch of blacken crumbs in the middle of the burger. When I paid for my food, in cash, the lady left to go get my change. The meal was $17.08, I paid with a 20 and she handed me a dollar bill and dash off quickly. I just let it go but in all they cost me more then the meal was worth. The reason for three stars is the looooooooooooong wait for your order. Two combos, a mini shake and an additional breakfast sandwich is all we ordered from the app. After 15 minutes we decided to push the button to make sure they received our order and her response was “We received your order and we are still working on it. Once we have it done, we will bring it out to you.” After another 5 min, we got the notification the carhop was delivering our order... after several more minutes, the carhop finally arrived with our meal. Everything looked correct but they forgot the jalapeños in the Super Sonic burrito. Food was still warm, not hot, when we got it. The regular breakfast bacon burrito was mostly the tortilla wrap.
