Chabely's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

We lovee Mexican food and decided to give this restaurant a try while we were in town for a week. My fiance got the Chabely Tacos I believe (can't really see them, but they're in the background of pic) He Raved about them due to the flavor of the steak. I can agree as I ordered (can't remember the name) but, a steak burrito that included onions, jalapenos, tomatoes and originally would be topped with shredded cheese but I swapped it with the queso sauce instead. It was EXCELLENT. Okay, so if you eat at a lot of tex-mex places like we do, then I am sure you've noticed the steak is super similar at all of them-- bland on it's own-- but onced mixed with everything then it is still tasty. Well, the flavor of this steak stood out from about 95% of the Mexican places we've dined in. It was just delicious. We would eat here again if we were here longer. Also, wonderful service. We were checked on by our server and I believe to be the manager or owner several times. Nothing but smiles from all of them. I think we spent a little over $30 for all plus 2 beer/water before tip. Free tortilla chips were super crunchy and not thin- salsa similar to most but not super chunky. The place is small but it definitely felt like the most authentic Mexican we've had in a while. We waited at the door several minutes before anyone came to seat us, the waitress asked how many stuck her head around the corner and said yall can go sit over there, wasn’t sure where she meant so I grabbed some menus and went in the direct to get a seat. There was one other family there at this time so they were not busy at all. Once we got seated a waiter came to our table to ask for our drinks but seemed as if he was in a bad mood, my step daughter had to leave the table to find someone several times for a condiment and they never brought it, they came once to our table after bringing our food to ask if we needed anything and again my step daughter asked for something they then said they didn’t have when clearly they did it was sitting on the bar, we were not impressed by the food either it was not horrible but not great either. Went here for dinner tonight my server was absolutely nice at first. Got my tacos wrong and my mom’s margarita wrong and forgot her taco on the side no big deal he brought it out eventually and it was still good food....I tried ordering a to go order for later but he brushed me off and said we can worry about it later. Ok cool. Later came and out the food came. After that our server did not come back to check on us AT ALL I counted he went to the big table beside us 6 times and couldn’t do a quick spin and check on us not even once. I had to go to the check out counter just to place my to go order and even after I place my to go order he did not come to the table until the food was done and just dropped...
