Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

Was about 7:30pm, ordered a large Mac n Cheese. I get handed three smalls. Go next door to pick up our pizza order pop my Mac n cheese open. Two containers we're only 3/4 full and one container was less than half. Full. Went back and I asked if they were out of Mac n Cheese, she says yes you got three smalls. I said that was fine but this is unexceptionable and opened the less than half full one. So she asked what I wanted and I said a refund would be fine. Well while I was standing there an older lady was ordering. She had ordered and paid for an apple pie. After about five minutes, she looks at her and says we only have sweet potato pie, would you like that? She said oh no. She then tells her it will be 6 minutes for the apple. So she said she would wait. She then comes back and tells the lady I'm sorry we are out of apple pies, holding a Reece's pie, do you want a refund or this piece of pie. The lady responds with that cost more, she says I know but I'm just gonna give it to you. So the lady takes the pie, then the employee looks at me and says you want a refund right? I responded with either that or something to offset the price of what I did get. So she asked what I wanted. I said biscuits would be fine. So she loads em up a d asks if four is enough, I said yes that is plenty thank you. Then she says would you like a sweet potato pie? I said that is fine, then offers me icing for it. This all wouldn't had been so bad, but not only is something jacked up with my order yet once again, but it took her almost 15 minutes to just tend to the business of a refund and I could be ony merry way. And every single time I go there is always something messed up...

Man look it’s 7:56 pm and I’m walking up to the door. The inside area closes at 9 p.m. Team member looks at me and proceeds to walk to the front and locks the door. An entire hour early ahead of what’s listed. Closing time should say “TBD” on the door instead. This is about my 3rd occurrence in which the lobby closed at a much earlier time compared to what is listed. Somebody tell me something. Today is the the 11th of September. Yes this is for the university blvd location. Yes ain lying. Store owner need to get some order at this location man please. Or if yall could take some time to explain to me why this happens. I’m very reasonable and I’d love to know what causes this

Went here tonight, horrible service. Some man that worked there comes out yelling and cursing for some reason, completely unprofessional. I tell them I had a coupon & it's on my phone (code provided), she says they don't take coupons off the phone...not sure when that happened, but then she just closes the window. No question if I still wanted to order, would like something else, etc. So I waited for her to open the window & asked the price without the coupon & they didn't know, looked bothered & checked & told me. I waited & they handed me my food & said nothing. I'm sorry, but if you're going to work somewhere at least fake it & provide...
