The only reason I'm giving one star is because it didn't give me an option to give no stars, we ordered 4 meals 3 of them were wrong, even the drinks were wrong, when we called we were told we needed to bring all their product back. When we told him we were not bringing it back and asked if he was going to pay for our gas to bring it back (we live 20.minutes away). He hung up on us. We called back and he said that my sister cussed at him (now I will admit that she could cuss up a blue streak when she's mad) but on this occasion she did not and he hung up on her again. He did not leave his name but he did say that he was the general manager. Now I have been in customer service industry for years and own my own business. I would never treat or speak to any customer or any person for that matter. Now if I pay almost 50.00 for food at a fast food place I would at least expect to be treated with respect , if not expect to have the order correct. I do hope the owner of this restaurant reads these reviews because I would want to know how their employees are treating...

I’ve stopped by here on my way to work multiple morning anywhere between 6:15-6:45 and no one even tries to take your order. Their lights are on, and employees will be standing around inside, even at the drive through windows. The order screen will be completely blacked out. And no one even has the decency to tell you if they have changed their serving times. If you’re going to have your hours posted publicly and state that you start serving at a specific time, maybe honor that instead of ignoring the customers who are trying to give you business. Preempting the excuses "I'm sorry, were short staffed"--pay your people better and stop treating them like slaves. "You have to understand it was a big order"--no way! That's why I ordered in advance. So you screw up every big order? 2 Items were missing from the 11 item order and this has been just a garbage experience.
